Very good product
All I can say is AMAZIIIIING , by far the best belt ever . Really helps protect my back while at the gym and helps with fat burning around my tummy area when doing cardio excersise . Sits on tightly and stays in place and it looks cool 😉 highly recommend it .

Do not buy it at all.......
Is not healthy at all and that kill some one.do not wear it it reduces your breathing and contrast your abdomen which is very unpleasant .I will never recommended it to buy it.just bunch of making money.
