I love this case!! I’ve been using cases with ring holders on back, that were supposed to act like stands but could never quite work as intended. Some of those cases even interfered with wireless charging - a huge issue for me.The switchband case is AWESOME, easy to use and much easier to keep a grip on your phone. I really like it while hiking, walking, multitasking. Texting is much easier since I have iPhone 8 Plus. I bought this case to relieve my wrist and thumb fatigue. It actually did do that for me. Im very pleased also, I can slip it on backwards and carry it with my hands full of other items. It’s very handy and versatile. Iam also pleased with the sturdiness ofthe case itself and the quality of the case. The black color is a very nice gloss and the edges are matte. It looks more expensive than it is. The band is secured by strong velcro. It has never slipped or come loose, and is adjustable for your comfort and hand size. I really am a fan of this product and several friends have bought them now from seeing how useful it is. You wont regret this purchase!

This case was exactly what I was looking for. Thin but sturdy, and a reliable strap to hold onto so I don’t drop my clunky plus-sized iphone. Added plus that you can change and customize the strap to fit your style. I even received a hand written letter from the company as a thank you for buying their product which I always appreciate. Would recommend 10/10

I have an iPhone 8 and purchased numerous cases, with the intent on having a slim, low profile case. Most cases seem real flimsy. This case feels very sturdy and durable. What I like about this case is that it can be used with the wireless Qi charger. I had a other cases with clips, pop tops, and any other holding devices, but could never use the Qi charger because the they were bulky, the elastic switchband is secure and gives the case a slim look. I also like the fact that you can flip the switchband inside out to change the look. The company also sent me a kick stand and a free custom made switch band strap. Also there is plenty of protection around the camera lense(which is What really sold me on this product) One negative thing(not really negative) I think the backing should have some texture to give it more grip.

I like the idea, but I think this probably works better with the larger phones as far as holding it and using the phone at the same time. I have an 8+ and found this cumbersome to use with it. There’s a long reach for your thumb to reach the screen if you’re holding it with one hand like I usually do. If you have big hands, it might not be an issue. The case itself is really good quality. I found it too difficult to use comfortably. I think if you’re used to one of those pop up stands like I am, it may be a hard transition to this. But overall it’s really good quality. I wish it worked well for me. :(

I’ve had my Switchbands case for several months now, and I absolutely love it. It’s easy to use, and the bands are comfortable and functional.I have arthritis in my hands, but I prefer a bigger phone, so I usually need some kind of device to help me hold my phone. I’ve tried basically every device on the market, and Switchbands has been my favorite so far.1. The band lies flat enough to use a proximity charger (literally no other device I tried would work with my proximity charger).2. (Along similar lines as number 1) The band doesn’t snag on my pants or purse pocket when trying to slide my phone in.3. The customer service is unmatched. After I ordered my first case on Amazon, I received a second band and kickstand in the mail, along with a nice note. I ordered some replacement bands because mine was looking dingy, and they sent even more complimentary stuff.4. The bands wash pretty well. I threw my dingy band into the wash with my regular laundry as an experiment, and it came out just fine on the other side (I also put it in the dryer on low heat).5. I have a toddler who loves to steal my phone and drop it on the wood floor (usually from as high a height as she can climb), and my phone is still unharmed.My only “complaint” is that I wish the sides of the actual case were grippier. All in all, though, I really love this case.

I abused these and they lasted me so long. Unfortunately I upgraded my phone and had to say buy to this phone case. Hands down my favorite phone case. However, I MUST WARN: DO NOT HANG PHONE OFF WRIST. I would wear this band around my wrist and after a few days was in absolute pain and could not figure it out. It isn't as obvious while you're living it, but after realizing I'm putting that weight on my tiny wrists I became more aware of how I held my phone.

UPDATE (9/4/2020): I've been using this for almost a year now and still happy with it. Bumped up my rating from 4 stars to 5 because of great customer service (after all, what good is a product if it has a lousy customer service, right?). I ordered a new band to switch things up. And they thew in an extra band in the package! I prefer this over a Popsocket. The only "complain" I have is the case is still only available in black. Wish they have ore stylish cases! But overall, I'm happy with it.I got my case almost a month ago. Last week, I went on vacation in Orlando (Disney & Universal) and had my phone in my hand for most of the day (we were there for a week). While the band made it easy to keep my phone secure in my hand while walking around the parks, after 3 days of constant use, the band lost some of its elasticity and have become "loose".
