Great Book, well written
This book provided well rounded information about land investment. Very thorough and well written. Information was clear and easy to understand even for persons with no previous knowledge or experience in land investment. Book was encouraging as well. I'm definitely motivated and looking forward to getting started with land investment as a business.

Imformative
I found this book a fascinating read and informative. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down and read it over the weekend. I have been and am currently invested in real estate. Mark tells how he discovered this investment niche and gives the basics to see if you're willing to embark on this journey.I discovered this book by being approached by one of his students. I ended up buying a property from her as it completes a puzzle in a particular piece of real estate I own. I've previously failed to buy this piece of property, however using Mark's methods, his student was able to buy the property for $500.00. It is currently in escrow for $4500.00 and it's the price I am paying for not reading this book earlier. As far as the naysayers who are complaining about wasting wasting money on this book...I'm sure you learned SOMETHING, even if it's just that this kind of investing isn't for you. Anything worthwhile is difficult. I've bought six rental homes and that was probably much harder than doing this almost passive investment. I won't list them, but there's probably 50 steps involved in buying a rental house from the first decision to buy to collecting your first months rent. What I'm really saying is that this investment isn't for everyone. I would guess that 3-5% of readers will actually attempt to try this, probably only half a percent will be successful at it. While those statistics sound bad, I'm probably sure it's not much worse success figures than for any other real estate investing book.Mark also sells training and software. At first it seemed distasteful and that he was using the book to sell his other services, but as I think more about it, it makes sense. If you take this information and flip a few properties you can make do with this book and get by (although I recommend buying and reading other authors before undertaking any important endevours such as this). If you get to the point where it looks like this may replace your regular income, you really should invest in the software and training to take your business to the next level. I don't think that's any different from any other business.

Great concept but easier said then done.
Bought this book when I saw it advertised on instagram. Easy read and great concept. He pitches land sales like it's easy-peasy. So I then bought his very pricey program and got the real scoop. Not so easy as was pitched in the book. Such is life...everything that has a big paycheck is WORK. If you are a self-starter, self-motivated and you're looking for a new career this is a very viable option. Roll your sleeves up.

Invest in land, invest in yourself
I read this book in one day. This is a simple, encouraging and intriguing read. Mark lays out the how and why explaining why he believes that investing in raw land is the best income model. He even goes as far as explaining why it is now his passion to help others achieve financial independence. For most of us that work a job, it is nearly impossible to achieve financial independence for day to day life AND "retirement" simply by the conventional saving and investing model. It is imperative to have multiple streams of income and one of the best streams is residual income. Mark's model does sound like one of the best options. It is true he does not tell you all of his secrets in the book. But he lays out the basic framework so that if you are interested in taking this route without investing in his toolkit, you probably could figure it out yourself. It will just take longer and probably cost you more (due to making mistakes). It is ludicrous to think that you could pay $20 and someone will hand over years of experience. It should cost something so that you are invested in what you are doing. Even if you do not choose to take the land investing route, Mark's book is a great reminder to find other streams of income and to design your own future.

Short sweet and informative
Easy, informative, short and sweet. I’m gonna give it a go. Hope it works out for me. This book seems to have the tools, now just need the effort.

Lots of fluff/sales pitches, but still an interesting enough read
This book, especially the first several chapters, contains quite a bit of fluff, and it's very obvious that the author wants to sell his programs and software to the reader, albeit not to the obnoxious degree that a lot of authors in this space will do.That aside, the rest of the book is an interesting read. I enjoyed reading about the systems the author has put in place to build his business, and the advice he gives is solid. Even for those who aren't necessarily interested in flipping land, but rather real estate investing as a whole--such as myself--I believe that this is a worthwhile read. That being said, $10 is probably a bit steep.

Interesting Take on Real Estate Investing
Such an inspiring read! The book is packed with practical advice and written in an engaging way. A must-read for anyone looking to explore passive income. I've done a few flips and have considered rental property ownership. Definitely, going to consider this idea.
