I use this blender at work and I love it. It’s powerful enough to crush ice and blend smoothies quickly, and the glass jar feels sturdy (not flimsy like some plastic ones). The 12 functions are handy I’ve used it for smoothies, shakes, and even pureeing sauces. Cleanup is easy too since the jar, blades, and lid are all dishwasher safe.For the price, it’s a solid blender that does exactly what it promises without taking up too much counter space. Definitely a workday MVP for me.

I don't know why I was looking at blenders that cost 10x as much, because this thing does the job and does it well. I had a Ninja blender for years, and loved using it, but when it came time to replace it I just couldn't justify paying that amount again. Especially when my parents have a 40 year old Hamilton Beach blender that still works well. I only use my blender for smoothies, so I can't speak to all the other functions of this blender (or others). With that said, I can throw all manner of frozen fruits into this blender and it doesn't struggle. I've had issues with other blenders struggling to get the protein powder off of the walls of the pitcher, but not this one. The consistency is great, and it's not nearly as loud as some other brands out there. My smoothies are blended within seconds. I appreciate how easy it is to clean too and that it can be taken apart quickly. It takes up less space, is lighter, and still has ample capacity as compared to my old Ninja. 10/10 would buy again, although given how well it's made, I probably won't be needing to buy another.

Still use this bad boy to this day! I love this blender for a couple reasons as stated below!1. The blender is EXTREMELY easy to clean. The outside stays sleek and sharp if you just rub some dawn and water over it. The inside is easy to clean and take apart to clean.2. It fits in the cubby space between my air fryer and toaster perfect as it is not a tiny blender but not overly large.3. The Blender quality is solid. It does struggle on some bigger mixes that a more expensive blender might not, but with a little stirring action it still gets it done. Elbow grease has not killed me yet!4. The capacity is wild. Maybe too much for certain things on what this blender is capable of at a time. Like maybe don't try to blend 30 strawberries at once but maybe 5-10 at a time!Overall I would say I am satisfied with this blender and the price point it falls into. Would recommend for sure.

For the price, I’m honestly amazed at how well this Hamilton Beach blender works. It’s inexpensive, but it gets the job done perfectly if you use it the right way. The key is to layer your ingredients correctly—once you do that, it blends smoothly without any issues.I saw other reviews saying it doesn’t blend well, but I think it just comes down to proper layering. For the cost, you really can’t beat it. It’s a solid little blender that performs better than I expected.

I really like the control panel — it’s straightforward, with clearly labeled settings for different blending needs such as smoothies, ice crushing, and more. The pulse function is especially useful when I want to control the blending texture.I haven’t used it extensively yet, but the first impression is excellent. It seems powerful and well-built. I bought this blender for my daughter that lives 7 hours from me in college 6 weeks ago and unfortunately last night while making a smoothie the jar(the main piece where the juices and ice go in) cracked and broke into pieces and everything went all over the place. She called me late last night to explain this and I told her not to worry I will take care of it as most fathers would. I asked her to take out the base from the garbage so we can return to amazon, however the blender only has a 30 day refund policy and its 6 weeks old at this point.I called Hamilton Beach customer service this morning thinking they would do the right thing and send my daughter a new one. O boy was I wrong. I spoke to the representative(I will leave her name out) and she not only was unsympathetic but did not want me to speak to a supervisor. I explained to her very calmly and very nicely the situation that the blender was a mess and all broke and was in the garbage last night and she just kept repeating that the policy is "you must have the product and model number in hand for us to do anything" I explained to her again that I bought it from amazon and they can see proof that I received the blender 6 weeks ago. She wanted nothing to do with it and finally I got her to try and get a supervisor, however she came back on the phone 30 seconds later saying there is no supervisor that can speak to me that they are on the other line and she continued to repeat that it would not matter anyways they will say the same thing.Well, I told her thank you and I decided to write this review. We all know this is the world we live in with customer service being at the bottom of the importance list instead of number 1 where it should be but come on... she never showed any empathy, not one time did she say I'm sorry for this. Nothing except we Can't and more importantly we WONT help you. It's not the money it's the principle. I will never buy another product from Hamilton Beach. I just bought the Black and Decker blender and will get to my daughter by tomorrow. Very disappointing!!!
