Dare to Pair: The Ultimate Guide to Chocolate and Wine Pairing

I was looking for a book to pair wine with chocolate. This pairs wine with desserts that might or might not have chocolate in them. Definitely not what I was expecting and definitely not what the name says.

I expected a suggestion of types of chocolate to pair with wine. This book is ridiculous. Talks more about how to enjoy chocolate (properly, in their view) and NOTHING about painting.

It showed you what two desserts go well with which wine but not just milk, dark, or white chocolates do. They could have and should have made this much simpler.
