Q: Can't seem to get the flames very high and it's not heating the griddle. Been running for about 45 minutes and not smoking with seasoning process.

Turn the propane valve on and wait at least one minute to allow the gas line to fill to capacity and pressurize. That should give you full pressure to the burners allowing for full cooking temperature.

Q: Could you use just the griddle part without the legs to make it look built in?

The legs can be removed to place it on a counter or in your outdoor kitchen. We do recommend having 6" of clearance around the griddle for airflow and to have it at least 3 feet from anything that is combustible.

Q: Can the regulator be removed in order to use a quick connect to a camper trailer?

I already had a 12’ hose with quick coupler on one end and adapter connector for the 17” so I removed the hose snd regulator from the 28” griddle and then removed the 17” adapter from the 12’hose and attached the 12’ hose directly to the 28” griddle at the point I removed the regulator hose. Works great. I then added the 17” connector to the regulator hose and now I can hook the 17” to a propane tank.

Q: The picture is of the old model with round burners are we sure Amazon now ships new one with H burners?

Yes they are shipping the grill with H shaped burners. I am happy with the delivery. Thank you.
