I ordered this in April, so I am behind on the review. Let me start off with I never got in contact with the seller. When I first got it, it would not receive texts. Then it just started on it's own a couple weeks later. I also noticed the battery didn't last for long. Maybe 3 days. I decided I could live with that for the price. By the end of the month I had to charge it daily. By 6 wks, I had and still do, charge it twice daily if I want it to last all night. I had a lot going on at the time. I just left charger in the car and while driving would charge it. It also constantly disconnects from phone. While I didn't try to return it or exchange it, I still would not recommend buying from them. With everything that was wrong straight out of the box, I don't see how it wasn't known. I would have been better off with a cheap $20 no name watch than this Fitbit. Don't waste your time or money. Buy a new one.

I have done a test driving on a watch that was to count my step. I kept struggling with accuracy. When I used my friend's fitbit. I found it the be the best quality and sleek looking watch I have worn in a while. You can read everything on the surface fairly easily, and it is a great value for you money.

I bought my versa 2 refurbished in January of 2023 and it worked great until the last few weeks (July 25). It started randomly not tracking my walks as exercises ( I would start the activity tracker at the beginning of my walk, but it wouldn't be tracking when I finished). I really loved this Fitbit, it worked exactly as I needed it to. I then made the mistake of believing Fitbit marketing this watch as water resistant and safe to swim with...it started vibrating, switching between menus on the watch, and ultimately overheated and will not turn on now. You can see condensation in the skin sensors on the bottom side of the watch. I'm so sad that it died, I wasn't really ready to replace it even with the tracking issues. I plan on getting another one, but definitely won't wear it in the water no matter what the advertisement says.

Glad I bought this product as it's serving it's purpose. Bought it as a gift for my mom to keep track of her heart rate. Setting up was a breeze, quick and easy. The app is located on the app store and easy to use. It's paired to her phone showing her noticstions. So she won't be missing my calls any more. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend.

I have not been a big fan of the FITBIT brand , due to going through four of the watches over the the years . They have STOPPED working after a few months . Considering the cost of this item I did not find it worth the money . So refused to purchase another one a couple of months ago . This time the watch is acually holding up , but the band has already snapped . As I stated I am NOT a big fan of the the brand FITBIT . I would not recommend this product.

This is my third Fitbit in one year. Beware of Fitbits.... Bought the first one for my wife for Christmas, about 6 months ago. It died within two weeks. So I reached out to Amazon, and was able to get a replacement due to how quickly it failed. So I started using the second one, that one failed after a couple of months, in March, just beyond the return window. I was not able to get a replacement due to timing.... so I bought a refurbished one. Now I am in June, and the refurbished onehas now failed. So this is the third failure of a fitbit I was using within 6 months, and only one of the failures was fast enough to generate a warranty replacement. With this type of dependability, and support, I should have and will likely now just buy something cheaper and generic, since the support from and dependability of Fitbit doesn't seem to be any better than those "Generic" products, but without the expensive price tag that leaves you feeling like you have been taken advantage of buy choosing their product.

I need someone to call me!!! The band the watch broke even back up one can’t wear!!! Watch works! You need to send me new watch band haven’t even had this for 3 months!!!!!!
