We had a small issue with the loop on the track and there were no questions asked what-so-ever, they sent a replacement very promptly. We bought the Dinosaur Jurassic Race Track for our 3-1/2 year-old, and it has been a huge hit! The pieces were easy to assemble, and the flexible track lets kids get creative with their designs. Our whole family loves the JitteryGit dinosaur track.!!! It’s easy to move around to different locations and our kids and grandkids love it!!!I wish we would’ve had a track like this when we were kids 😂😂 when they come over they run straight to the track!JitteryGit has awesome Customer Service on top of it. It’s the perfect gift for a boy or a girl.

My young son didn't know what he wanted for his birthday, he is 7 years old. His older brother told me to buy these setshe is 12 years old and he said he would play with his brother. The older son was playing more than my younger son.It was so nice to see them play together, these days are not the same like they used to be. Back in the day when I was a kid we were always outside playing in the johnny pumps or riding bikes or playing football.Now today everyone is home. My kids were playing with it for hours and I am so glad to see them playing together.I recommend these toys for any kids boys or girls and they play for hours. They watch the cars go round and round and through the big loop. I am glad I bought my son these gifts he really loves it and his big brother sneaks in sometimes and plays with his brothers toys. LOL...

This was a gift we assembled Christmas Eve. It took 8 minutes tops for everything to assembled and to add a single AA battery in each truck and have them running. It was very cool! We had it running when the girls came down the stairs as we woke up long before our daughters. They loved this gift so much when they came downstairs and saw it running until the tree. However with their ages 2 and 3.5 we are responsible for turning the trucks off and on. They play with it daily for 10-15 minutes at a time maybe 3 times a day.we immediately turn the trucks off after they play with it because otherwise they would never stop. Even still, we have had to change the battery in both trucks every day! It makes no sense. These are brand new energizer batteries!It’s a fun track. But the vehicles constantly get stuck in the loop and we have no idea why. We’ve tried different things to troubleshoot the loop but ultimately have taken it out.But coupled with that, and having to change the batteries every morning or night, I would not recommend this track.It’s too bad because when we assembled this we saw a 20% off a future purchase sticker in the box and thought we may order another set for our little nephews birthday in February but have decided against this mainly due to the frustration with the battery life.
