Lowered the temp!!
Our ballasts get pretty hot to the touch, I put one of these on one of our ballasts and it lowered it to be almost cool to the touch.A few hours after installing the one we bought to try out, I went back online and bought 3 more!I also like that it matches the ballasts....not that that helps anything other then the look though.

make sure your ballast has the aux. plug some ...
make sure your ballast has the aux. plug some of the new non-air cooled ballasts don't have the port. the one i can use this on does run 20 degrees cooler, and has been working for two years now.

Worth the money
Very quiet but it moves a lot of air. I'd do anything to help my Lumatek stay cool and you can't beat the price.
