So far we are very happy with this hover board. It’s really a pretty cool toy. My son uses it for hours everyday. Every time a friend comes over and tries it they end up purchasing one also. The customer service is excellent as well. We thought we had an issue with the hover board and they responded right away to tell us how to resolve the issue which was a 30 second fix. I will be purchasing another for my daughter for Christmas.

App will not connect at all with this thing. Purchased as a gift and now the return window to amazon is closed. After finally giving the present, child opened it and it worked for a week. The following week it stopped turning one way. Only turns to the right, the left does not work. I purchased two weeks before giving the present to child. Then two weeks of having it passed the return window. Make sure when you buy, test it right away or give it as a present so it doesn’t sit like mine did for 2 weeks before giving it. (I wanted to make sure I get it in time.) I purchased a different one at best buy and works fine till this day. To me this one is junk. Can’t do much with it now. Look elsewhere and DON’T buy this one. I tried the app on an iphone and android and both don’t work at all. It doesn’t connect at all. Only regular Bluetooth to play music but can’t connect app to modify color/speed/balancing.

Cool hoverboard but its heavy and bells are loud when turned on .

I really had my hopes up for this one! Bought as a gift for our son and he opened the amazon box and found it before his birthday. I told him I’d have it all setup for his actual birthday.So I’ve downloaded their app (Iphone) and it doesn’t work at all, can’t connect to Bluetooth. Now I’m trying to set it to training mode to make it safer for him to learn and there is nothing that tells you if you have successfully made the switch...Very loud beeps and booming “Bluetooth” voice on startup, really annoying. I can only cross my fingers that the battery life is halfway decent!

Well built, great to have a Bluetooth speaker while you ride. I got the blue, looks just as described. Fun toy to have around.

This is a great hoverboard and also durable. But not a smooth ride.
