The lock itself is solid and easy to install. The software (app) on the other hand, is hot garbage. It's only Bluetooth which I missed I guess, and the app is slow and you you have to restart it every time. I know this is a relatively new knock of of the August lock, but still for a $100, I expected more. Work on that app and I'll change my rating.
