Have had this product for less than a year. I really want to like it, and it does get the job done. But I’ve already had a few break on me, the metal string contraption breaking. Given it’s like a $50 purchase and takes a time to install I would expect a product that doesn’t break. I am disappointed.

Installation is pretty straightforward. Not the best quality shades, but they are 100% blackout provide insulation from heat and cold and perfectly functional. We ordered the white, and planned on doing an outside mount so we ordered 6” wider than window opening to insure complete blackout coverage.

I like that its pretty smooth opening and closing which we were worried about having kids. It looks stylish.

Great blinds they do block light 100% except around the window sill. And dont care if they break affordable enough to buy another
