Will this scale Ever be able/upgraded to work with Samsung Health?

Does eufy keep a copy of your data? If not, why is login necessary? I asked this question before but it disappeared...

No, we do not keep your data. Please note the smart scale requires the information of gender, age, and height so the app is able to use it to measure the impedance value to calculate other body measurements, except for weight. If the wrong information is entered, the body measurements will be inaccurate. Please rest assured that we care about your privacy! This information is only used to calculate the impedance value such as BMI, BODY FAT, WATER, MUSCLE, BONE, BMR, VISCERAL FAT, and LEAN BODY MASS. It will not be shared with any third parties.

What’s the difference between the P1 and regular smart scale?

You can find the difference between the smart scale and smart scale P1 below: - The Smart Scale tracks 12 body measurements, while the smart scale P1 tracks14 body measurements (the additional two measurements the Smart Scale P1 tracks are body age and protein ); - The weight unit of the Smart Scale is kg/lb/st, but the unit of the P1 is kg/lb; - The smart scale P1 supports simple mode. When the "Simple Mode" is turned on, the smart scale can only measure weight and then the EufyLife app can only show weight and BMI. Hope this helps. Having trouble connecting Bluetooth. Eufy app recognizes the device but says its disconnected.

To help us identify the issue, would you please try the following ideas to see what happens? - If you have successfully paired it with your device before, please remove this scale from your account (click "Remove Device" via the setting page, this will not delete the history data). - Replace the batteries in the scale. - Reboot your phone and reinstall the app. - Repair the scale: Open the EufyLife app and Add Device for searching the scale. Makes sure that your scale also turns on (You can simply step on the scale) - Normally the Bluetooth icon on LED blinks, showing that it tries to pair. Then it became solid, showing a successful connection and your app also should show the "Connected" status.
