Q: Is the bracelet a hair-puller?

Mostly all metal bracelets are hair pullers at some point

Q: How secure is the watch band? Does it stay tight on the wrist ? Or will it unlock whenever I move my wrist a certain way or bump something?

I've never had an issue with it coming off. It is as secure as any watch band I've ever had.

Q: Is there a way to change the wrist size in case the band is too large or too small?

the links of the band can be removed to make a better fit

Q: Will this fit a 10 year old boy? Can the band be adjusted?

Yes it is adjustable and should fit anyone.
