These came on time and were well packaged. I really like the case that comes with them. They came with a charging chord, an auxiliary ear piece, ear cover and ear loops. The ear loops are a bit cheap and break really easily, but I have extra ones from my other ear piece that are durable that I use instead. I have to say, I've had my favorite Bluetooth, Plantronics, for years, which is much more expensive yet still affordable, but it has half the use life of these. These last seemingly forever on a single charge! I only really use them for a couple hours a day, maybe 4 max, but I haven't had to charge them more than about once a week. This to me is the biggest plus of these. I got 2 so that I would always have 1 charged and waiting to be used. I rotate them so I know which is which. And I keep my Plantronics charged and with me as a back up. The sound on the Link Dream is not as great as my other one but still good enough that the difference is minimal. I'm told the sound on the other end when used in a telephone call is good, no annoying background noise or anything like that. I haven't tried the dual listening feature yet, but will update when I do. It's a little clunky feeling to handle, but still light enough that it's comfortable and doesn't seem to want to fall out. Overall, it was close enough to 5 stars I rounded up due to the use life and price in relation to sound quality, features and extras. Update 11/27/22 One of the pieces I had sitting in a storage fully charged from over a year ago. I pulled it out powered it on not really expecting much saw that it was at 100%. That was 6 months ago and about 8 hours worth of use since then. When I went to turn it on today to use it, it's at 70% charge. Definitely worth the investment. Also, the last time I used it when I was in a phone call, my daughter said she could hear me just fine. I'm seriously thinking about ordering another pair or two and giving them as gifts this year. P. S. I saw someone said you have to scroll if you have both Bluetooths recognized by your phone, and just choose whichever shows available. Instead, mark one with a dot or a number and rename it the same but with "dot" or the number at the end.

Good product at good price

For the price, it is worth it. I tend to lose my earpiece more often than I want to admit. It is good to have a back up until I either find the other one or order another set. The frustrations I have are that sometimes when I turn it on, it won't connect to the phone without turning it off and on several times. Doesn't happen all the time but it does happen. The variety of earpiece cover sizes is good but none really fit my ear well. I have tried other earpiece brands and it's the same issue so maybe I have an odd sized ear. I do not prefer the ear loop which would give more options. When talking tonsomeone, I have to be careful not to get ice, run water or open a package because the persin on the other end complains about the loud noises. I hear the same from others using an earpiece so it may be earpieces in general. The likes are that the battery lasts a pretty long time. The sound/clarity is good on both ends. The noise cancelation (other than ice, water and pagages) is great. I was talking to someone who was using a leaf blower and they could not hear me well but I could hear them perfectly. Overall, I would buy it again and will will I once again lose mine current ones.

I can't live with out an earpiece, not even for few minutes. The sound is normal, the fit is ok and the style is abit dated, but the battery life OMG not even my 150.00 or 200.00 earpiece can stand side by side, hands down never expected such battery life from a 20.00 earpiece. And it came in a pair... I lose or break earpieces all the time I will order a back up pair and I 100% will buy again. To repeat, sound OK comfort ok etc it's the battery life that is blowing me away.... Round 2 the photo above will show 4 devices as I purchase again. The older ones no problem they work just fine. The problem is I'm always misplacing them. As a business owner I'm always on the move and have several vehicles. This is where the 2nd purchase comes in, I need to keep a back ups in each vehicle. Due to covid and wearing a mask all the time, at times I have to take earpiece off. Sometimes I forget where I put the little sucker. Therefore since they're inexpensive I purchased another pair and literally a pair as you get two for the price of one. They work just fine, actually I misplaced one since New Years and I found it 2 days ago, almost 2 weeks later it was on and unbelievably it had 70% battery life. One last thing when I do need to charge them I don't charge more then 30 to 40 minutes. I hope my review has helped you out. Cesar New York City

Pros- It has a great batterie life, it is also comfortable on the ear! Really good sound quality! Easy to turn on and off, in addition to adjusting the volume. CON- NO ONE can hardly hear me when I am talking to them on the phone ( yes I have checked the volume) It is really disappointing! Everyone tells me it sounds like I am talking on a speaker phone standing far away from the phone. Which now leads me to take off the earphones hold the phone or turn on the speaker. I mainly bought this to listen to books while I am working- if it wasn't for that, I would have returned it. Again, disappointed in the poor quality of sound while engaging in conversations. That's why only 3 stars.

This is one of the best headsets you will ever use to hear the person you are speaking to and for them to be able to hear you. I have ordered extras to keep in each car because of the value and because they work. I have used many different styles and this one is comfortable and not only does it sound good on my end as most do but it also sounds good for the party that's calling you and they can actually hear you where many fail this one works. Battery life is exceptional 3 days easy and like I say it's not a one-sided conversation the other party can hear you as well as you can hear them. You can also listen to music all day with these. Very easy to operate and the dedicated on and off switch is a very big plus. They swivel silicone ear hook is also very comfortable and secure.

Shame on every person who gave this product more than one star and gave it a decent review. I purchased 2 earpieces for my wife and I. We were both very impressed with the packaging. I thought it was kind of cool that it had so many replacement parts that came with it. We charged them overnight and went to our jobs the next day then we proceeded to call one another as we usually do to communicate throughout the day. These ear pieces were absolutely terrible. It sounded as if my wife was holding the earpiece away from her mouth and whispering. I kept turning the volume up on my phone and on my earpiece but of course that didn't help at all. My wife was going through the same thing on her earpiece trying to talk to me. She said I sounded distorted and robotic. I tried to raise the decimals up a bit but my wife informed me that talking louder only makes the distortion sound louder. A few times throughout the day the ear pieces would work fine where we could hear each other clearly but that was short lived, the stints of clarity only lasted for about 15 minutes or so. We went through this for about a week before we both decided we couldn't take it anymore. We ordered new Bluetooth earpieces and when our new ear pieces arrived, I was more than happy to throw our junk ear pieces to the moon. I'm going to say, I told you so in advance to those who read this review and still decide to take their chances with this product.

This Bluetooth are excellent. I love them . The Bluetooth are very comfortable, you can hear perfectly and the battery last a long time. I contacted customer service for a small issue. Customer service “Cindy” responded me immediately with a solution. The company and Cindy the best customer service demonstrated me that I made the best decision in buying the best Bluetooth.
