BTH Company Heavy Duty Hose Reel - Wall and Floor Mounted with Adjustable Arm Guide - Garden Appliances (Green)

I bought this Hose Reel & use to wash car. Every time swivel joint is leaking. Tried to fix with many ways but couldn’t succeed. I contacted BTH Co & talk to Mr Harman & inform about the quality & face the problem by me. He advise to buy a new connector & he sold me new connector for at price 899.00 which is almost 25% of the cost of product. I replace the new connector and it start leaking immediately after rewinding of pipe. I again contacted to Mr. Harman few days back & he again advice to buy a new one with same cost. Quality of connector is worst & BTH Co is ignoring it & refuse to agree any complaints with this connector. I really fed up & request to all buyer to not buy any quality OR important equipment from this seller whose interest is only making money. They people very much know about the quality issues with their products buy they don’t want to accept this.

Connectors for pipe are of poor quality, 1/2inch pipe not fitting properly. Further if tried to tighten, this plastic connector damaged, please use metal connector

This product is a waste of money. The nipple where pipe has to be connected is made up of plastic and not brass. Both nipples leak. I couldn't find brass nipple in market. The green hadle comes off easily. Pipe roll doesn't rotate properly. I used Mseal to prevent leakage.

It's easy to install thing everything was included and securily installed. It looks like it will help my good quality pipe to stay life long.

This product is not served for what I purchased! It is leaking due to the plastic pipe fitting into it. You cannot connect your hose with fitting. It is leaking even if you fit with any metal fittings. It does not have installation instructions, there is no contact number from manufacturer for even any call support. I don’t recommend this to anyone else. Unfortunately I could not return it as my return validity is expired before the installation.

The product is small and the material isn't as strong as it may come across in the pictures posted on Amazon, it is not at all worth 3800, it should be priced under 1000 and that's what it's worth.Lastly, I have raised a return request thrice in 7 days right after receiving and opening the product but no one has ever contracted not come for pickup and Amazon keeps sending me messages that, "your return pick-up was cancelled during pickup", it has become nothing but a frustrating process to continue ordering from Amazon and go through their unnecessary lengthy and nonsense process to return a product.

Its working fine since installed. It could have been more sturdy. I have roped almost 24 meters 3/4" pipe on it . I liked it. Very convenient. Earlier the pipe used lay on ground as everyday winding it was tedious. Now its looking nice.
