Great laptop for gaming and productivity but can get little hot
The laptop is excellent, no question about it. Performance is great, running AAA games at max setting at 100Hz, by the way, the display is incredible, accurate and buttery smooth. The battery is also great, lasting about 8h with gigabyte throwing in a neat feature which stops your laptop from damaging the battery by stopping the charging process at a value you want, making the battery last alot longer than what youd expect with a i7 9th gen rtx gpu. The RGB keyboard can get bright and fast making it look great. The chassis is all strong aluminum so it is durable with a thin rubber lining around the screen for extra protection. The ssd in this is insane with super quick boot times and loading, to the point where Im a bit mad that I cant watch a video while the game is loading. The cons is that they added a number pad which makes typing a bit difficult, as the rest of the keyboard is squashed to the right, shifting your overall typing experience. But the main thing is that the laptop gets very hot, where you can start to singe some of your knuckle hair (dont ask) and you will probably start to see some thermal throttling after 1-2 hours of playing (cpu to the right of the power button and gpu to the left btw if anyone wanted to know). To be fair in a form factor like this, it's what you would expect and you probably couldn't do much better anyways.Overall a 5/5

Crap laptop, worst service by Gygabyte
Bought this to my architect wife for work, after no time it started to have issues and weird bugs, keyboard not responding every few restarts, weird bug with keys pressed and staying pressed digitally, typing a thousand letters before you stop it with another key, noisy as hell, battery life ridiculous, tried to contact the company, did not come out well.Performance wise it does the job, also, not as brilliantly as on would expect with it's specs, as of time of purchase.

Jack of all trades. Great for students and people on the go.
This laptop is simply the jack of all trades. Its very thin and light, I was surprised at first when I received it, expecting a heavy laptop due to the large battery and beefy specs, but this laptop blew my expectations away. After using this laptop for a few weeks, I can say that the battery usually lasts me around 6-7 hours of productivity work (web browsing, youtube at 50% brightness with keyboard backlight disabled), and when gaming with NVIDIA's battery boost activated, I can get around 2 hours. The display is a 144hz 1080p panel, and its a pretty darn good display. Colors are natural and accurate, and the 144hz refresh rate gives an extremely smooth experience overall.Build quality:Laptop is made of a light aluminum that feels firm. Display does have some flex in it but its not a touchscreen, so it doesn't really matter, and you probably aren't going to be twisting it around in normal usage. The hinge is great, you can open it with one finger. It is quite a fingerprint magnet so I suggest you wipe it down with a microfiber cloth or something every so and then.Keyboard:Keys feel a bit strange at first but its above average, I would say. I got used to it within a few days. Typing long reports with this isn't an issue at all.Trackpad:Feels amazing. I would say that its one of the best trackpads I've ever used aside from macbook trackpads. Its very smooth and tracking is spot on.Performance:An i7-9750h and GTX 1660ti create a very well rounded performer that can utilize the 144hz display to its fullest potential. You can search up benchmarks for these elsewhere, as it'll give a much better idea of how well this laptop performs than me just spewing off some subjective opinions.Storage:The Intel SSD inside of this computer create a VERY smooth experience. Programs open in an instant and the laptop boots in less than 10 seconds. This laptop does take a few seconds to wake from sleep for some reason, but its not huge.Upgradability:For those who want to open this computer up it requires a special screwdriver head, namely the Torx T6 so make sure you purchase one beforehand. There is a spare NVMe M.2 slot in the computer so you can slot in a second SSD. The computer has already been applied with high quality thermal compound, and if you replace it with anything you'll probably see an increase in system temperatures. There are two RAM slots available with one occupied by a single 16GB stick.

Great value. Compromise for cooling, but excellent battery life.
Need a computer with a decent battery and a good processor + graphics card for gaming when off class. Covers my usage brilliantly.
