You’ll love these pearls of flavor. I love texture and they pop when you bite is similar to caviar but with a yummy citrus flavor. Really great with so many different foods. Cheese, crackers and fruit.

I absolutely LOVE these! I put them on top of yogurt along with fresh blueberries and/or strawberries, they even go great to top off some whitefish in place of thinly sliced lemon wedges. I only give 4 stars because of the price... OOF!!! Definitely awesome, but I keep it to a rare treat so my wallet doesn't turn into dust!

I love the yuzu (citrus) flavor of these beads sprinkled atop a salad. They are so different and delicious. Could be used in a lemon drop martini or even iced tea and impress everyone!

I ordered balsamic pearls from another company, came all liquid no pearls. In my search for another balsamic pearl product , I stumbled upon these and they are so delicious

Despite being packed well, this jar had a broken seal and was leaking inside the bubble wrap. I bought three different flavors and had issues with 2 of the 3 jars. So the yuzu had to be tossed since I have no idea how long it's been open. The grapefruit had a broken seal but at least wasn't leaking? I dunno. At $30+ a jar that's a lot to gamble on something that's non-returnable/non-refundable.
