Great Cleaning Solution and Great Customer Care!
I bought this professional HP print head cleaning solution to clean my printhead after the black color is clogged. At first I tried all the suggestions from HP customer service, didn’t work. I was facing if replace my HP Officejet 8600 with a new printer, it will take about $100. A little expensive for me, So I would like to find some cheaper solution online, this cleaner only $11.98! I have nothing to lose, then I place the order.According to the guideline of the seller, I took out the cartridges and move the carriage to side, took out the paper towel and blotted and blotted the area below the printhead, inject 1ml printhead cleaning solution into the inklet of black color, wait about 1 hours. Then put everything back in place. Try to print a test page, and found that the black color is more seriously blocked.I was so upset with the cleaner and went to search online for a new replacement printer. At the same time I was searching, I received an email from the seller Printers Jack saying that hadn’t heard from me so they want to offer assistance if I need help and offer to refund purchase if they and their solution didn’t solve my problem. I think I have nothing to lose, so respond my situation for more help(without much hope). However, after their quickly analysis adjust the reason is most probably because the cleaning liquid hasn’t been totally discharged and still stays inside the print head. Under their guidance, I draw 4 ML black refill ink with a syringe and inject it into the ink port of the print head, then install the cartridge and run the driver's "Print head cleaning" function. Then I restart the printer, OMG my HP 8600 is working now as a new printer! After above experiences, I am so pleased with this purchasing. The customer service is so care about their customers, and real people to provide support for your printhead cleaning problems.

May need more then one application
I believe the head cleaner will do the trick once I use it a few more times, I only applied it once and my printer head has been giving me a problem with black ink for some time now. I feel I paid a honest price for the product and the seller did state in his product description that it may need to be applied more then once to clean the print head so I was satisfied with my purchase. The three star rating is just due to my one time application and results.

Clean Epson Photo R300 print head that had been used for LONG time
Used on my Epson Photo R300 which had been sitting for well over a year; if not over 2 years. 3 of the 5 colors did not print AT ALL before cleaning and the other 2 only completed about 3/4 of their test pattern.Had to let the solution sit in each color tank for 15+ minutes to help dissolve the hardened ink. It did take over 5 flush and fills and about 1.5hrs to get the entire print head clean, but again this printer sat unused for a very long time.Even with all the cleaning cycles I did I do have some solution left for a quick maintenance clean.ADDITIONAL NOTES- For most cartridge printers: As mentioned in other places understand that when you flush a print head you will go through ink in a hurry as the "tank" needs to refill when you tell the printer to recharge the heads. If you think things are really clogged I would suggest doing a couple flushes prior to the head maintenance. My 5 cycles with running a head maintanace between each almost emptied brand new cartridges.-Also be prepared to get some ink splots on things including yourself so use gloves (the ones they give are not great) old cloths and hard surfaces that will not stain.

Just take the print head in for professional cleaning
Spent several hours on this: From watching “how to” vids to reading how to docs to actually trying it. Before the printer would print and perform normally with the exception of the correct color print. This HP 8620 sat in a part time home, very little use, which I am sure lead to the print head clogging up. After using this product, burning so much time, it is much worse now. Glad others appeared to have success with it, not me. By the way, I use Mac OS, Windows and Linux. My first computer had Windows 311, have built several computers, repaired several, not new to this sort of thing...Update Edit: To their credit, the company that I purchased this product from through Amazon has reached out to offer me a refund. I purchased a new printed quite a while back that came with full ink cartridges and all is well. While this was a more expensive solution, it was the most direct/effective resolution. I will say, upon reflection, if you have lots of spare time to dedicate to this, by all means try this product. Make sure you do a significant amount of research before attempting. Or solicit the help of a friend who has done this sort of thing with printheads many times before and finds it easy due to experience. But if you’re anything like me, putting in many hours six days a week, my time is better spent on other endeavors.

Cleared 2 clogged heads
Brother printer MFC J825dwCleaned a completely clogged cyan head and a partially clogged magenta head. I ended up using about 1/3 of the bottle to do multiple flushes over 2 days. The yellow attachment has a tapered inner opening you gently push and hold against the ink line. Using the yellow attachment, I sucked some ink out of the line; I didn't see any other way of doing it unless I didn't realize there was a better way. Using the smallest attachment (90 degree) I put it into the LC75 ink cartridge to save some ink. Proceeded with the flushing. If I did it again, I would empty some used cartridges and fill them with the cleaner and print just single colors needed to continuously be running the solution over the printer head rather than letting it just sit in the line waiting for it to do it's job. This method is not in the instruction, but I did see a video of someone doing that. That got me thinking, now I can use the syringe set up to pull the remaining ink out of the old cartridge and put it into the new cartridge. I use 3rd party clear ink cartridges so I can make sure I get all the ink out and not overfill the new one.
