This pasta is delicious and taste fresh from the box way better ingredients than most pastas that feel slimy and slippery. This actually taste like pasta that I will remember as a kid they’re drying process is part of the biggest reason why it taste so good and the texture is perfect. This is the only pasta I will be buying moving forward. Check the labels on the other pastas they’re mostly plastic.

I love this pasta! Good quality, reasonably priced. My new favorite pasta shape for just about anything! Tastes and texture what you would expect in a pasta. Cook time is about 12 minutes. Pasta holds onto sauces like a champ. Would recommend to anyone who hasn't ever had "God's Thumbnail".

De Cecco Orecchiette No. 91 is one of my absolute favorites, especially for soups. Like other De Cecco pastas, it’s made with high-quality durum wheat semolina and holds its shape beautifully. Even after simmering in soup, the orecchiette stay pleasantly al dente instead of turning mushy. The size is just right—not too big, not too small—and it adds great texture without overpowering the other ingredients. Whether it’s a simple vegetable soup, chicken broth, or a bean-based soup, this pasta elevates the whole dish.

My 36 year old son turned us on to this macaroni!! I had never even heard of it. He told me where he purchased it and I decided to see if Amazon offered it and VOILA there it was! He paid 5 something for one bag (his came in a bag) and I paid 8 something for 3 boxes!!! And now that I'm reviewing this cool macaroni, I think I'm going to be using it for dinner tonight! Fun shape whether you're just throwing some sauce and meatballs on it or great for soups as well!

Only word for this brand is GREAT! I grew up on this company’s products and have consistently used them throughout my life, when they are available in my area. So happy Amazon has one of my favs!

My family loved these! My daughter especially found the shape delightful and fun to eat. I liked the texture and small size. The cook time went quickly while I prepared my soup.
