Great for reducing number of remotes.
Perfect for combining 2 remotes into one. My gate operator uses a Linear receiver, however, my garage door opener does not. I did not want to have to use 2 separate remotes, so I bought an add on Linear receiver to add to my current door opener, thus allowing me to have Linear receivers for both the gate and the garage, enabling me to combine two remotes into one.One "issue" I noticed, at least for me, is that this 2 button remote, as compared to the single button, seems to have a shorter range.

Super simple setup and decent range. I can open the garage before I enter the driveway but not by much.
