I have an old, black, two-wheeled Kirkland brand carry-on bag was flawlessly designed. More space than any other carry on bag, attachment for towing around a laptop, expandable, etc...except the handles sucked and the rubber on them cracked. I'm SOOO happy to find that these handles fit and they seem to be very nice and sturdy. A couple of notes: * I reused the Kirkland end pieces (attachment points) to avoid drilling new holes because the new set wasn't a perfect match. * To avoid having a "metal on plastic" connection that might wear away at the plastic on the Kirkland attachment points over time, I wrapped a small strip of duct tape around the metal loop to soften it up where it attaches. Should work great. * The handle rubber was about a 1/4" too long, so I took a utility razor and cut just about 1/8" of rubber from each end of each handle. Now it fits perfect, and I think it should still be strong enough. I bought a couple of back-up sets just in case these wear out. I simply could not find a good replacement for my Kirkland road-warrior bag, so I'm so happy these handles will work!

The items are built very well. Though my initial purchase was to replace the main upright luggage handle on my large Victorinox 27inch soft case that had basically disintegrated after my last trip to Europe, Victorinox discontinued any replacement handles for this limited-edition piece. I needed an 8.5 inch handle and these handles are a bit longer and smaller width metal bracket, so with a metal file I was able to slightly ground down the mounting sides underneath where the screw goes to mount to the frame, and then used a power drill screw bit to make a curve center on this new handle so the handle would once again slide back inside the metal grommets holding the handle when not in use. After a few minutes of work, I had achieved a very good replacement handle and ready to use this luggage again.

This was easy to install and worked really well. Instead of having to replace the entire bag it's almost as good as new. I am deducting one star because I hate that I had to purchase two handles when I only needed one. It's so wasteful, like what am I supposed to do with the second handle that doesn't fit? Would have paid the same price for one if it were an option.

I received only one handle with hardware for two handles (I should have received two handles). It was very poorly and unprofessionally packed in a Ziploc bag. The other hardware was wrapped in a paper towel. It appeared that I had received items that someone had returned. I returned the item to Amazon and requested a replacement. The second package was the same. One handle in a ziploc bag and hardware for two handles wrapped in a paper towel. It is a scam to rip people off their money. DO NOT buy it. Cheap quality and only one handle for the price of two.

Quality seems fine. But details do (or should) matter. The screws shown are the correct type for this application. Would have been nice to get what was shown in the product description. I got flat-head screws, instead. Totally not the right screw for this application. My concern is will they loosen over time? A detail, but just do things right--yaknow? Just another hint--you may need to add more washers. The screw goes into a blind hole and bottomed out before it would tighten against the luggage (wall too thin).

We received one handle which is all we needed and which was perfect. This installed quickly on our travel pro crew 5 suitcase. This one has metal ends and the old one had plastic so definitely a step above the old handle. Love it.

I used this to replace deteriorated handles on TravelPro Crew 4 luggage. Dimensionally they were a near-perfect fit. The strap part was just a slightly different length but still a great fit. The screw locations on the brackets were in exactly the same location. The only issue was that the supplied screws were a little shorter than TravelPro’s, but luckily the threads were identical, so I just reused the TravelPro screws and everything worked perfectly.

Exactly what I needed to repair my suitcase and only option since manufacturer of suitcase was not providing parts any longer.

This was a perfect replacement for my otherwise in great shape Samsonite luggage. The rubber had crumbled away exposing metal that could be hazardous. Ready to travel again!

Measure to ensure you order the correct size, installation was easy. Quality of handles are great.

Handle of my suitcase broke. Purchased this as a replacement. It worked and once again so does my suitcase.

The kit arrived, neatly packaged. Although the screws were counter sunk with flat washers, not the pan heads as shown in the picture.... Also one of the handle end caps, the threads has already been cross threaded.... I had to chase the thread with a tap to clean them up....
