I just got them. Haven't baked with them but they smell SUPERB! I can imagine myself making great things. Like seriously if you are a home baker like myself, you just have to give them a try. Also I think the price is fair. 5 stars!!!!!Package-wise, this came intact and on time. That's 5 stars for excellent shipping also.

Husband says flavoring isn't very strong. Especially the coffee one

Tastes like medicine. The coconut had no coconut flavor just medicine. Had to throw it away

These emulsions are fantastic. I’ve used them for baked goods, buttercream frostings, icings, and flavoring cereals and porridges. Highly recommend these.

They are not very fragrant. Have a very bitter aftertaste to them.

I like these emulsifiers as well as the super strength extracts. I use them for breads and they are wonderful. There is a difference between emulsifiers and extracts so know what your getting. Personally, I would rather use extracts. You can taste the difference. Extracts are more for the natural flavor of the item as if you used the real item in your food. Emulsifiers are not as natural and you can taste the difference. They can be water or oil based.
