Credit Card Fraud is A Rising Issue If you have ever had your identity stolen, you know the hassle it will cause--endless calls to the bank and credit card companies. It seems like no one wants to help. RFID chips are in almost every form of identity today--credit cards, passports, and even driver's licenses. In fact, a new law has taken effect in the United States that requires all new credit and debit cards to contain a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip. How Are You at Risk? With new technology on the rise, it is becoming increasingly easier for thieves to steal your identity. For example, a thief can simply walk past you and, with a makeshift credit card scanner, scan your credit card without even touching it. The average cost of credit card fraud in the United States is around $12 billion each year. Don't let yourself become a victim. Buy the RFID Signal Protection Cards and protect yourself. How our RFID Blocking System Works With our RFID Protection Cards, you simply put your credit cards in your wallet as you normally would and place the Protection Cards in your wallet in such a way that the cards you are wanting to protect are between the two RFID Blocking Cards. Slim and sfelt!
I was debating whether to get these or the rfid envelopes. I am very glad that I went with these for a little bit more money. It is advertised that these cards will protect 10 or 12 cards if one is in the front and one is behind. I like that piece of mind, and I like not having to take my card out of an individual envelope. If you are going for a minimalist wallet then this is the way to get your RFID protection! These cards are sooo slim. They are made of metal and are very sturdy, the thickness is maybe an 18 or 20 gauge? The cards are thinner than a regular credit card. They do not add a lot of bulk to my wallet, and they are also shaped different than my credit cards so they do not stick to them. They are a little bit taller, and a little bit skinnier than a normal credit card (if your cards are going vertically). So far, I am very happy with this product! I will update this review if my information ever gets stolen!

No News (from your financial institution) is good new!
Bought these to thwart identity theft by those seeking to make an easy lifestyle for themselves. Thief "bumped" someone I know at a TSA checkpoint and took several hundred $ from their account so these cards will defeat their scanners if carried and used properly. They,re slightly larger than a debit/credit card so a little more effort is needed to extract cards sandwiched between the two blocking cards. And the two cards are made from stiff solid aluminum and not thin foil over plastic. Very durable, excellent graphics and smooth painted finish. These cards protect only those cards utilizing RFID chip technology and have no security value to those cards with magnetic stripe technology. Highly recommend!

Great Design
I really like the design of this product. Much better than the thin paper sleeves that tend to tear easily and are difficult to slide cards in and out of. Some reviewers have complained they add unnecessary bulk to your wallet, but I've not found this to be the case. I have a multitude of cards in my wallet at any given time, and yet don't find these to be an issues with bulk at all. For ease of use, I have the front RFID blocking card slid into one card slot in the wallet and then the credit card itself and the back RFID blocking card slid into the card slot directly behind it. I found this approach makes it easier to access the credit card, with it still being positioned between the two RFID blocking cards.

These cards seem to be a much better solution for RFID protection than those paper sleeves
These cards seem to be a much better solution for RFID protection than those paper sleeves, these actually fit in the credit card slots in my wallet where the paper sleeves did not fit very well and would only hold one or two cards while these lightweight metal card will protect many. Even though I have no way to prove that my RFID cards are protected I will take them at their word.

I like the fact that it protects up to 12 cards
I've never had my wallet scanned; I know, because I always look for suspicious charges on my card statements. I bought the cards for that "just in case" feeling. I like the fact that it protects up to 12 cards.

So Far So Good
These cards work well in my wallet. But I cannot say that they have been effective. To my knowledge no baddie has has scanned my credit cards and used the information. So the jury is still out on their effectiveness. Meanwhile, I feel more secure that they are doing their job.

Too Thick
These cards are too thick. When you place one behind and in front, you are now trying to stuff THREE cards into a wallet slot. They may work, so I gave them the three stars, but they are not practical.

I like the two blocking card system as opposed to individual sleeves for my cards. Individual sleeves made it hard to get my cards back in the wallet I use. I would definitely recommend the two RFID blocking cards from camelCase Solutions.
