This self adhesive brick wallpaper is EXACTLY what it claims to be, and is incredibly simple to install. I'll even go further and mention some perks that aren't specifically claimed by the manufacturer: * The paper is very thick, durable to handle, and is completely opaque. I put it over a white surface, a green surface, and a dark brown surface, and the finished covering matches all the way across, in daylight and at night. * Despite being thick and almost impossible to tear (I really had to pull it hard to make a small rip to mark a spot I wanted to cut), it cuts like hot butter with scissors or a razor. This makes it very easy to clean edges with a blade after install, but there's no real risk of accidental tearing or ripping from regular installation handling. * The paper backing is not only printed with grids and lines to ensure accurate cutting (horizontal and vertical) from the back, but the manufacturer actually prints a guide to show you where the repeat is! I've never seen peel and stick that is this idiot-proof. * I applied the paper over slat wall (recently dusted, but far from pristine clean), painted particle board, painted plywood (low grade), and unpainted board. It adhered very well to all, and was repositionable on the slat, unpainted board, and plywood. The particle board left a lot of dust on the back of the paper, but that's to be expected. I didn't reposition after the first attempt. As other people have mentioned, the textured surfaces behind the paper aren't even noticeable unless you really examine it. If anything, it actually lends more visual interest to the printed design. In summary, I am extremely impressed with this product. I ended up using it in several additional places besides my intended location, and plan to buy more rolls for a few more spots that need a change. I found it easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth, and it feels very durable. I rarely bother to leave reviews unless something truly impresses me, and this product qualified. Highly recommended.

This my first time with any kind of wallpaper. After reading the reviews I almost didn't order.. I am so glad I did! The trickiest part for me was figuring out the pattern repeat, and how to start the next column so the pattern lines up. A quick tip is the patter is 50 cm. Order one or two extra rolls because there will be some wasted paper due to the pattern repeat. My roll started at 36 cm(cutting guide on the back) so the first thing I did was cut it off at 50 so the pattern on the first strip I used started at 0. Then I knew each new row starting at the same height would also start at 0 to have the patterns align. My rows are short so I had a lot of wasted paper that I can repurpose for other projects. I followed the directions and wiped my walls down and only peeled about 4 inches of the backing off to begin, pulling it off as I smoothed it down. It was fairly easy to put up. Matching the corners up under the cabinets was the part that tested my patience lol.. Luckily it does peel off of the wall easily so you can readjust if you need to. If you peel too much of the back off it will fold over and stick to itself. Trust me, just cut it off and start at the same point in the next section of pattern. I eventually figured that out too. The pattern is gorgeous and the price was even better! This is a great choice for renters, beginners, and people that like to change things up and try new looks. I ordered a few different styles and patterns so I can change the look a couple times a year! However, a $10 roll of removable wallpaper probably isn't the best choice if you are expecting a complete remodel or permanent results that will last for the next 20 years. In that case I would say go ahead and splurge on that gallon of paint.

If you aren’t flexible and can’t problem solve this isn’t for you! It does tear if you aren’t careful but it can be easily put back together. You need sharp exacto blades & this blue thing with the felt prevents it from tearing when you are making it stick. Spend a little extra to get the tools that help. It is difficult to line up the pattern sometimes and can waste more paper but you can totally improvise by using your left over pieces. I think this looks great and my husband loves it. He said “I had no idea it would look THAT good” this is the brown color. I used 3 rolls and still need a couple more. If you are doing a flat wall you won’t need so much. Definitely know that this stick better to flat paint compared to gloss. I would not use it on glass paint.

So first off, I love the look of the wallpaper and the sturdiness but MY WORD, after finishing the first role, none of the extra rolls lined up right! Hence why I’m giving three stars, I almost left it as two but i figured minus 2 stars was enough since the paper itself is still nice. I’ve heard of a few people running into this alignment problem but I figured maybe it wouldn’t happen to me. Well it did. Funny enough I would still buy from here again with the chance that things may turn out better. I bought 3 LARGE rolls to make sure I had enough. The first time we did this I got about 5 small rolls I believe. This was actually a replacement of the first set of paper we had which was red and that one lined up well for the most part. But what happened was a couple corners began to peel back after being up there for almost a year. It was either because we possibly reapplied too much OR with summer sometimes comes humidity. So rather than applying one long piece from top to bottom we thought we would try putting up in small pieces to lessen the reapplying and to hopefully match up even better. Unfortunately after the first roll (see pic #3) I had to just accept the fact that the lining up won’t be perfect and the goal was just to get it up there the best way we could. Advice: Don’t aim for perfection or you will just frustrate yourself. Get the wallpaper smoothing tool (pic#2), it’s worth it to make sure it remains smooth and applied well. If you do this by cutting smaller pieces, a single person could do it on their own, but if you do the lengthier approach have another helper.

This was perfect for what I needed it for. Easy to install and match from one piece to the next.

This brick wallpaper looks amazing and was easy to install. I would recommend that 2 people do it to keep everything lined up. This was a plain boring hallway until we put up both the brick and the above wallpaper which I also purchased from Amazon. I would recommend both and give 5 stars to both!
