Wow! This guy is much bigger than you might imagine instead of a book mark I'm using it under a vase as a funny gag. It will fit in a book I just would keep that book at home because I would be afraid he could slip out easily during transport. He seems to be about 4 3/4 long by 3 1/2 wide and he is very top heavy so if your book is not closed tightly I believe he could slip out even though he is made of silicone.

It slides from the books... weight not centered, should be weighter in the flatter side... doesn't work that much.

The bookmark looked cool but functionally it was always falling out of the book. A little too flimsy.

this book mark is so funny! bought it as a gift for my husband. He has not used it yet. But I am sure it will be a great conversation starter and make him smile when he sees it!

This bookmark is cool looking in any action book. However, the head is solid and therefor heavier than the body. Sometimes this causes the bookmark to fall out as soon as you open the book

I really love this idea and couldn't wait to get it. I still love it, but unfortunately I have it in the book with a backup bookmark because this one for some reason keeps falling out. I guess because the part hanging out is heavier? Maybe when I get further into the book it will have more weight holding it in. Would work fine if book stays on an end table or something stationary, but I tend to put mine in my bag and carry it with me so it falls out in transit.

Very cute however, as an actual useable bookmark, this item is totally useless. When you open the book to the book-marked page, the heavy rubber figure falls straight to the floor. If you pull the bookmark figure out before you turn to that page, well then its really not a bookmark then is it? You make the call as to wether you want to own a $14 useless rubber toy, ours is in the trash. (even Hobbs, our cat would not play with it)

Pros: -Non-slip sort of rubber material grips the pages really well. -It looks like a smushed guy! Making bookmarks isn't exactly rocket science, and this one is funny.

Auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Lesezeichen für meinen 8 jährigen Sohn war ich bereits der Verzweiflung nahe. Alles was ich fand, hätte seinem kritischen Geschmack nicht standgehalten. Und offen gesagt zu Recht. Ich hatte auch nicht erwartet wie wenig einfallsreich und lieblos viele Produkte gestaltet waren. Ganz anders beim "toten Mark". Er sieht lustig aus, funktioniert gut als Lesezeichen und zaubert beim Anfassen immer mal wieder ein Lächeln auf's Gesicht. Natürlich nichts für ganz zart besaitete Naturen.

Leider ist der obere Teil, der aus dem Buch heraus schaut, etwas schwer, so dass das Männchen leicht aus dem Buch heraus fallen kann - eine Eigenschaft, die für ein Lesezeichen eher unpraktisch ist. Trotzdem finde ich es einfach witzig!

als Scherz Artikel oder als kleines Mitbringsel durchaus ganz nett, aber zum eigentlichen Gebrauch als Lesezeichen doch etwas zu groß
