Can these lights be dimmed?

There is no dimmer. The lights are very muted and not bright.

How can i install it on the wall?

I bought round hook screws and twisted the screw into the wall and placed it on top of it. It’s seem to work really well.

does it come with a stand, otherwards what does the bottom look like?

The 8' lighted willow vine does not have a stand, and there is no top and bottom, as such. It is an 8' lighted willow vine with a 12' cord and a transformer that plugs into an outlet. It is brown in color, and was meant to be used as a decorative vine that goes over a portico or around a window or in any place where it would add a decorative touch.

can you stand this on the floor, does it have a flood base?

No, it is simply an 8' vine that can be bent and shaped. It does not come with any base. I have seen it used a number of ways. Some folks just use it around a headboard or window frame. Some trickle it out of the top of a potted plant and then onto the wall (separate mounting hardware is needed, screws, tacks, etc.) Hope this helps. Jim
