Fits taller rifles
Although this seems to be designed for an AR-15, It fits full size AR-10s as well as other rifles that are taller, usually because of a scope.

Wont settle for anything else!
Outstanding product; very well made of thick material. I can not review long term rust protection, but standard physical protection is above expectations. I have a number of rifles stored in these and find that they give superior protection against nicks and scratches from being stored in an active gun safe environment.

I've used these for several years. They are perfect for extended or regular storage of my deer rifles and shotguns. Clean em up at the end of the season and put em in the silicone case, then back in to their transport case for protection against bumps and bruises and stand em up in a closet. Next season they come out of the case in the pristine condition they were stored in the year before. Great moisture barrier in the case. No rust, no dust, no issues. Secure "hook an Loop" prevents accidental opening during storage. I just bought 2 more through Amazon for recent rifle purchases. My 750 dollar gun protected best by this 20 dollar case!
