Excellent value for money
This is a great kit, and the soldering iron is just the right size for the fiddly soldering in jewellery making. It doesn't always stay on the rest, and sometimes takes a bit of readjusting to make it stay put, but otherwise this is a great kit. Different interchangeable heads mean I can change them easily to suit the job I'm doing. The temperature control is easy to use, and a good range. Excellent value for money.

Nice product and works as described.
Nice and handy little soldering iron. Gets hot quickly and works fine. Temperature dial very small and hard to read, but overall good for the price.

Soldering bliss
Nice light and small iron for those tight spaces or small components. Works very well with quick heat up times and because it's a small iron cools relatively fast. The heat control seems to work as it should and comes with spare tips.

Does what it needs to
If you are looking for an inexpensive soldering iron for every now and then jobs this ticks that box. I am lead to believe they are all the same but rebranded of this particular style. But after a quick read on a electronics forum these were suggested. And to be honest they were not wrong. I don’t solder professionally or semi professionally so as a hobbyist this is more than enough to have in the arsenal for a quick repair job.

Didn't work for the job I needed.
May just have been how I was using it but it was next to useless for the job i was doing. The solder kept sticking to the iron rather than transferring to the item needing soldered ( was trying to re attach a broken arm on a lampshade frame) again, maybe it was the type of solder or how i was using it but the iron itself was easy to use, heated up quickly and was cheap enough for an attempt at fixing the lampshade which was not so cheap! On to try another method of fixing it now im afraid.

What is it like?
I have used it once and I must say I am impressed. The good points, good long cable, plug to UK standard, heats up quick. Also, the temperature is well regulated, I tested the temperature with a probe and 350 degree setting sits at 356 degrees, 400 at 416. The iron is light to hold and the tip takes solder well. The tip stays clean. I use the iron on 400 degrees to remove through-hole components from a double sided board, it works very well. It takes forever with hot air. Downside, no earth wire, hence metal is not earthed. Not a major problem as who will grab the hot metal with the iron on. Time will tell with long term reliability.

Cheap but not Nasty
I wish my soldering skills were better. However given my limited ability and skills it works as well as my previous soldering iron which failed after only 34 years use. If I am around in another 34 years I will revise this review to let you know if this replacement lasts longer.....I'll be 95 years young by then.
