ACDelco D1906 Professional Ignition Control Module Very nice part and quality made you will not be unhappy with this purchase, works great as the manufacturer intended. I have been using mine for some time now and it's still working like new :-) Buy with confidence. RagenRat !!!!! FOLLOW UP 11-12-14 !!!!! My ACDelco D1906 Ignition Control Module did go bad on me BUT!!!! I called ACDelco 1-800-223-3526 and was able to get my warranty 12 months/12,000 miles on this unit. They called AMAZON and got it handled :-D don't get much better than that.

This is your standard 4 pin GM style ignition module. Will it last? Time will tell.
This looks good, but we all know it won't last long. I purchased this as a spare. I'll post an update after I put this one into service. Historically these last 2 to 4 years for me, even when installed with heatsink grease with a dedicated ground wire for the distributor.

Overpriced nowadays but good
These HEI modules used to be so much cheaper - but so was everything else automotive. A bit insulting to pay $40 now for what used to be $10-15 not long ago but with that being said, I’ll still spend the lil extra money for AC Delco products. Perfect fit in my AC Delco HEI distributor on my classic car. Always have a spare with you!

Open package looks used
Just got the AC Delco HEI Ignition Module. Box was open. Module looks used to me but I have not tried it yet. This was purchased as a spare. Now, I have to install same in order to test it. Not happy about that at all. Giving 1 star for now.

Looks good quality and worked perfectly, and that includes ALL of it's control features. Unlike some which either don't work at all, or only seem to act only as electronic switches!
