This works good the strength is strong it’s a great value for the money. It doesn’t leave a bad taste which makes it easy to swallow. It dissolves easily and worked great for my gut health. It is a large size which makes it a value for the money.

I have a gluten and dairy intolerance. I’m 23 and every time I eat bread or some type of dairy the next day I feel heavy, my face feels inflamed, or I feel like I’m not fully processing my food, but taking a scoop of this product before eating has been actually life changing for me feeling like I can eat anything and not feel bloated immediately. I did not expect it to help as much as it did right away. Nothing has ever helped so significantly. It’s 100% better than using Lactaid. The taste isn’t the best but I mix it together with gatorade or some type of juice which does the job. Ive never ate so much pizza in one week because I haven’t been having any issues processing it since taking this product. Highly recommended if you have similar problems!

The only company I have found at an affordable price that lists and uses 100% Glutamine as its only ingredient. Glutamine is an essential protein building block. I enjoy taking this during my fasted work outs to remain fasted, suppress cravings & retain muscles by supporting them through my fasted state! I add it to my shake the second half of the day for Gut Health to strengthen/repair my Gut lining after decades of trashing it with poor health choices. It’s a big size and I appreciate that. I was not regular prior to using this product and I’m thankful to have felt and seen results 2 days later. Highly recommend.

This definitely has a taste! I’ve had other L-glutetamines from other companies and this one is 1for taste being the worst . Any way other than that reduces bloat for sure I believe it’s repairing the gut so I would reluctantly buy again only because of the taste .

Great mix ability without having to use a blender in my shakes and smoothies. Helps with my GI issues. Mild taste is taken alone. Nothing significant at all.

TIP 1: Be aware: Do NOT mix it with any warm or hot liquids - they break down and ruin the L-Glutamine. Use room temp or cold water.TIP 2: If you mix it with anything other than water, you risk triggering digestion, and then your gut is not being coated by the product (which is needed to promote healing), instead the product is being digested by the digestive juices triggered by whatever your mix-in was (milk/juice/etc). You can add pure powdered stevia/monkfruit, though, to make it palatable But check ingredients to make sure it's 100% pure stevia, nothing else! Even the liquid stevia is dodgy because it has "natural flavors" which are hundreds of chemically processed compounds - nothing natural about it at all. "Natural flavors" are highly irritating to a leaky gut. (Research states this, and testing on my own leaky gut confirmed it as well.)3 stars, not 5, due to the POOR instructions on the tub! And it's not very high quality of L-Glutamine (compared to "Pure Encapsulations" brand).

I was beginning to get a nasty rash in two different places on my hands and this Glutamine powder stopped it from getting worse and eventually after a few weeks helped it to completely go away. I added it to water and it did not change the taste. I would definitely recommend!
