Good product, easy to set up

The item was fine unfortunately I ordered it for Christmas and it only arrived a week ago. I asked to return it and the supplier kindly refunded the full amount but told me not to send the item back as i would have to pay freight. Excellent service and I will donate item to charity. Thank you!

I love it!!

The letters kept falling out, but remedied that by putting sellotape at the ends. Good value for money and really nice addition to be able to change the background colour..

I found the item much smaller than it looks in the sellers photos. Not worth the price.

decent brightness, a good amount of letters too, the wire is quite short but does the job

Very poor quality. Size not a problem, but USB connection cord doesn’t fit properly - have to keep holding it in place to keep the light on!!! So have to rely on batteries…! Badly designed.

Disappointing- whilst it is a small product, I knew this and it is very light that wasn’t the issue as it absolutely delivers what it says. However, My product was damaged and unfortunately I need it so I’m not able to return it back but you can see on the picture that I’ve attached. It’s what looks like a burn mark which is just above the s on the middle row to the right hand side. Really disappointing as I’m not in a position to return it as I need this for a project but it’s faulty.

This Lightbox is SO fabulous. Can I just tell you how much we love it in our house? We've used this to say farewell to friends at their going away party we hosted, expressing shock that our son is now a rising 7th grader & to welcome our son back from camp. We'll use this also for inspiring quotes, Bible verses and so much more! This is such a high quality product and the customer service is great. I wanted to order an additional set of letters but was unclear what size was appropriate and I received timely information. If you order then, go ahead and order an extra set of letters. They do have at least two for almost all of the alphabet and more for the more popular ones. But we did have to substitute a Z (which was the sound) for an in our first sign. The set either has 3 or 4 S letters and even more vowels I believe. Right now, I'm storing the letters in a plastic bag but will probably buy, if I don't have one already, a small container to keep the letters in. The letters are flat in the packaging but there is no room to store them in the box once you take the letters apart (which is easy to do & all the edges are smooth) & then alphabetize them. We will be using this awesome Lightbox both on a regular basis and for special events. Our son loves this as much as we do!!
