Works well with current tv system, easy to set up. Reasonbly priced.

SUMMARY: very easy plug and play to get my cctv up and running. However I don't think it's meant to run up to 8 cameras in one go, so I bought a second one to split the load. Will update in the near future about performance. Saying that, I still recommend it especially for it's price. DETAILED: I purchased this to replace the provided power supply which was failing. For the price I couldn't complain, everything works as it should. However after a few months, 2 of 4 cameras started failing so I bought another one, so I have 2 adapters each running 2 cameras. Whilst it seems like a good idea to have 8 barrel plugs on 1 adapter, I'm not sure if it will work as you'd expect. I've read somewhere it's something to do with each camera needing different amounts of power depending on cable length, what it's recording etc. I'm not an expert but this sounds plausible. Having said that, I'd still recommend it given it's something that needs to run 24/7.

Only lasted for 8 months, not sure what caused its demise, working fine one minute, no output the next. Original one lasted 5 years. As a footnote, once notified of the issue, company responded and rectified the situation, clearly a one off issue and dealt with splendidly. Great customer service.

Bought for a medion mini pc which unusually required a 12v 5a supply (usually 19v or thereabouts). I was lucky that the barrel connector fits without the need for any of the adaptors. The power pack has quite a bit of weight to it which I wasn't expecting with some of the reviews which makes me feel a little better as I was expecting it to feel light and cheap at the price. The power pack stays at room temperature (to the touch) unless I give the mini pc some beans then it just becomes warm but no where near hot. Ive seen on some reviews that they can hear a wine or buzzing but I haven't heard anything its been silent. Its been running constantly for the last 12 days and hasnt given me any worries at all during that time. If i remember I will edit in a year or so and let you know how its going. all in all, it does its job it seems decent quality for the price and would recommend to anyone

TL;DR - It fits and works with my Silhouette Portrait My Silhouette Portrait suddenly stopped working one day, and as I use it for my business I immediately had to figure out the situation. Luckily I have another portrait, so I swapped over the plugs and thankfully realised it was just the plug that had gone and not the machine. After swapping the fuse also failed I found this plug and matched up the watts and voltage etc to the original plug (knowing absolutely nothing about this stuff this was all I could do) Luckily it fit, and works, perfectly and I can continue on with business!

Alles gut seit ca. 3 Monaten. Achtung, wird mit UK bzw. US-Netzstecker geliefert. Diese Tatsache war mir bewußt und hatte genug andere Netzkabel rumliegen. Nachtrag vom 18.06.2023: Nach 2,5 Jahren kaputt, naja, da gibts bessere.
