This is my go to charcoal for cooking. Like many said the coals do leave a lot of black dust on your hands but I'd rather have that thanb ingesting many harmful chemicals.

BURNS HOT, CLEAN AND LONG WITH LITTLE ASH!
My absolute personal favorite! Wish it was still available at Wholefoods, Sprouts, etc.Currently, I get mine from Bed Bath & Beyond's online store. I order it at the retail store (and use my coupons) and the warehouse ships it to the store for pick-up or my home address. I have not ordered it from Amazon yet - maybe I will try that next time!

The product is great!
The product is great, burns longer than regular briquettes and burns hotter than regular briquettes. The only bad thing is they are hard to find in stores.

Great product but overpriced on Amazon
Didn't actually buy this product from Amazon because I buy it from Whole Foods Market for $2.99 for this same size bag. The product is great, burns longer than regular briquettes. Just don't buy it here at 4 times the price. Go to Whole Foods if you have one.
