Pony Jorgensen 72" Steel I-Bar Clamp

All steel - unlike the parallel clamps,there are no plastic parts to break (I spun the plastic handle off a Jet clamp and have busted parts on my Bessy's) - the Jorgensen I-Beams may cost more, but in the long run they are a bargain as I'll never need to replace or repair them. Clamping pressure far exceeds parallel clamps (can close joints the other clamps can not). I-Beams barely flex. They will last and work until someone lets them turn to rust, which is not likely to happen. Made in USA by my fellow countrymen who have a job and support our Nation - Buy American!!!!

Bar was bent.

I am an amateur wood worker of the "garage workshop" genre, so I appreciate quality products at an affordable price. These clamps fit the bill perfectly. It is possible there are BETTER 72" clamps on the market, but I doubt there are better clamps at this price. I HIGHLY recommend them

Great product. A lot heavier than I expected but it does the job well.

Quite simply these are the best clamps for my heavy duty woodworking that I have found. I recently purchased these to supplement the Jorgensen clamps just like them that I have used for years. They are far better than those often flimsy pipe clamps.

Purchased 4 of these all the way back in 2005 they are as good today as they were on the first day! No bent screws like some of the cheaper brands. Buy the best one time, it is cheaper than replacing. One small downside if you're going to use multiple clamps it will become very heavy. Keep this mind if you're going to clamp up something very small or just a couple pounds project, you'll want to buy some aluminium bar clamps.
