I've been really happy with these hemp seeds. They're packed with protein and Omegas 3 & 6, making my smoothies and salads so much better. The USDA Organic label gives me confidence about quality. Tastes good too! Would recommend for anyone into healthy eating.

Very good product. Fair price and better than I have seen in stores. The 18oz bag is ideal and keeps me going for a few months.Like any seed or nut it is high fat but it’s nearly all the good unsaturated fats. I try to ensure less than 20% of my daily calories come from fat so i limit myself to a tablespoon a day with my morning oatmeal. It’s not easy as these seeds taste so good, i could easily do a cup not a tablespoon.They also add a wonderful depth of flavor to smoothies, homemade humus and avocado on toast to name a few.
