Do these preserves have seeds in them? I can't have seeds.

I am currently eating the Bonne Maman blended preserve which includes raspberries and strawberries and I don't note seeds. The product is a "preserve" which is produced by cooking fruit, with seeds, along with sugar to produce a product with larger pieces of fruit. So the seeds are included in the product, but I don't notice them. Jellies do not have seeds, because they are made from fruit juice and sugar; as the name suggests, they are gelatinous. Jam consists of chopped or mashed fruit (with seeds) plus sugar. Preserves consist of fruit chunks plus sugar. Sorry I can't be more specific. The product (a preserve) is thick with chunks of fruit. Again, I don't notice the seeds. I suggest you guy a small container and give it a try.

Are the cherries used in the Cherry Preserve tart or sweet?

I bought this quite some time ago for my sister and she doesn't recall if it was tart or sweet she just knows it was tasty. She's a faithful buyer for the blueberry jam. My husband's favorites are the Wild blueberry and the Lemon curd. It's not that he doesn't like all the other flavors it's because he hasn't bought any of the other flavors to try. He just has his absolute favorites. We do not buy anything else now except this brand. Speaking for ourselves it's very high quality delicious fresh taste puts all all other brands at the back of the pack. I hope you find the answer to your question or if you take the chance on it that you'll enjoy it immensely.

Bonne Maman pour moi!

These are absolutely THE best preserves & purchasing 4 jars at my supermarket is more expensive than buying 4 jars on Amazon. AND the empty jars are great to keep & use for a variety of things, e.g. overnight oats. I’m a Bonne Maman fan for life.
