No spindle and bad after sales service
The handle is nice, albeit a little short in length than I would've liked. However, it came with NO spindle. I see another review saying the same so a word of warning if ordering this is to not throw out the existing spindle. I had thrown mine in the skip but luckily was able to salvage it after finding no spindle was provided despite the description saying so. I asked Amazon could one be sent out and I was told no I would have to package and send everything back in order to get a refund which is not ideal so ended up using the old spindle. Could not use the privacy button as it requires a certain latch that allows this function so check this also before ordering.

No spindle and no privacy button
The handles are nice but they had no spindle and the privacy button was missing too. Luckily the chap I hired to install the handles had some spare spindles. Disappointing.
