A great item that is very functional and grest quality. Fit hose and dryer outlet without any fit problems.

I believe this was exactly what I needed for side vent adaption for an LG dryer that was much larger than the one it replaced. The local place that we bought our new dryer from would not side vent our new dryer, so it was up to me to install the side vent kit and reroute the vent and this made the transition easy-peasy! Great price and super fast delivery (less than 24 hrs.) I did not experience any leakage as others have mentioned and packaging was adequate for me, but I can see that the bag could promote damage if handlers were being careless.

Well built out of thick gauge metal--impressive. Fit on the new dryer vent flange and was to easy attach to the dryer vent tubing. Solved the limited space issue. Really like that you can rotate the elbow to change the angle of the vent when attached. This was important because I also had to attach a natural gas line to the dryer that would have been in the way of the dryer vent. I purchased a similar item at Home Depot that was very poorly made--very thin gauge metal, with large air gaps where the pieces were riveted together (will return). Excellent value and received in one day. Appreciated that very much in that I needed to install a new dryer.

Love the 360° swivel and slim profile—perfect for tight spots. But the crimping at the swivel is flimsy; rough handling caused it to separate.

Nice product but does not work with the GE dryers that have the expanded backs and gas on the lower right of the dryer as the exit pipe is too short. Had to return mine, but would use in the future in other situations.

It did the job that it was made for.

The only way for me to vent without modifying the drier.

These do the job, but are very light weight in terms of materials: thin aluminum. I had to take some care in not bending the fragile material with my duct tubing. In fact, one was delivered crushed, but i was able to straighten it out. All in all, it does the job, but I would have liked thicker material.

I have a TD that sits on a table and I have to keep moving it in order to connect the hoze to run outside - but not anymore! This fits easily onto the rear vent enabling the TD to stay flush against the rear wall. All I need to do now is attach the hoze to the "side" with a jubilee clip and then drap it out the door - No more lifting and shifting before drying! Brilliant yet simple solution!

Our laundry is located in a closet that should have been built with more depth. When we bought the house the vent duct was crushed in place and nothing dried well. I replaced the vent duct, and it was a bit better, but still needed a solution. This gave us quite a bit more space depth-wise, it's solid, and we don't need to worry that the dryer may move a bit and crush the duct. Only thing that would have been nice would be if the part that connects to the dryer was longer so it could connect directly to the dryer, without having to cut a second piece of duct to connect this to the dryer (it's a bit too short, which wouldn't really be an issue if it was a couple of inches longer than the body of the part. If you have a flat back dryer and the dryers vent is on the edge of the dryer it won't be an issue, but ours is directly in the middle). But as is, it solved my issue with only a bit of extra work and one extra clamp ring.

I recently purchased a new washer & dryer. I wanted to be able to place the dryer as far back as possible to the wall compared to how my old connection prevented compared to this product. I also purchased the Builders Best Duct Vent that seems to be also a very good product. Reason for 4 stars is I just had it installed and should maybe give a bit more time to see if it rates 5 stars. However I believe that it will. I am pleased with the outcome.
