0.5L Portable Travel Electric Kettle Suitable For Traveling Cooking, Boiling (White)

This is a very nice, compact electric kettle. The pot attaches into the electric base and detaches easily. It boils water quickly and hot. The pot is cool to the touch. There is an on/off switch but shuts off automatically at full boil Super easy to fill and also to clean because of its detachable lid. The electric base has a 3-prong electric cord and I realized at first that the extension cord in my kitchen wasn't 3-prong. No problem. i just allocated a small space in my bathroom for use. It is safe and easily travels between rooms because its so lightweight. Just be aware the electrical cord is very short in length. I believe this will become a favorite of mine. Bonus, it's a cute pot and comes with a nice carry bag.

I have a regular tea kettle but decided to buy this because it’s electric. It’s small enough for one or two cups of tea. Perfect for me since I’m one person. Like that it’s solid and well made.

I love this small kettle. I use it 2-4 times a day to heat water for my tea, or whatever else I may need hot water for. It works perfectly, and fast. I put the water in and turn it on, and by the time I have chosen my tea flavor, and maybe completed another task or two, the water is hot and ready to use. I use my Berkey filtered water that has the chlorine filtered out but my water is still hard so I have soaked the bottom of the kettle in vinegar every few months to remove the lime. I usually know it's time to do this when heating seems to be delayed or when the lime builds up in the bottom of the kettle. Or, recently I have started wiping and drying the kettle after each use and I believe this will solve my lime issue. White wasn't my first choice of color for the kettle but, now that I have it, I really like it. I travel occasionally and this kettle is small enough that I will be taking it with me. A great product that I'm very happy I found.

This is a portable kettle, and good to have for trips or the hospital. However, when the water boils and you use it, it doesn't stay warm long. Cups of tea or instant oatmeal quickly fall in temperature. I think the full-size kettle we have heats the water better and that the water stays hot longer.

The fit of the pot to the base is a bit tight, this may be good or bad depending on your point of view, the lid is not hinged,but comes off completely, again this may be good or bad depending on your point of view. To me both of these points are pluses.i use this electric kettle for different reasons than most, I use it for shaving. Hard or even somewhat hard water makes it more difficult to whip up a perfect lather for shaving with a brush and shave soap/shaving cream.. I can bring a cup or cup and a half of distilled water to boiling in less than 60 seconds. I pour it into a small cup to cool just a bit before soaking my brush and lathering up my face.I get a beautiful and HOT lather for my double edge razor to work with every morning. I'm sure it will give equally fine service for more mundane uses such as coffee and tea (smile).

Perfect size for small nursery kitchenette. Easy to clean, easy to fill and pour.

I wanted a water kettle for my classroom so I could make tea or coffee throughout the day, but I didn’t want a traditional sized kettle like I have in my house. This is perfect and cute. It is easy to clean and comes with a drawstring bag for convenient storage. I love this kettle.
