Brio Water Dispenser
This water cooler is great so far. Definitely a bit taller than the last several that we've had but I can still get the bottle on easily. Our office loves the ability to do hot, room temp, or cold water. We also like the taller space under the dispensers to fill some of our larger cups!

Arrived late but worth the wait
After two or three years of having primo delivery, I realized filtering my own water would be far more cost efficient.I purchased this and a zero water filter that sits where the 5 gal bottle would go.This dispenser arrived a couple days late, was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday and did not arrive till Thursday, but given the reviews and photos that show damaged on arrival machines, I’m glad Amazon took their time to make sure it was delivered safely. This system has been a wonderful replacement for the rental unit. The buttons are so much easier to press than the lever style things on the primo rental, and the dispensing area is big enough to hold a water bottle while filling, there is also a room temperature button that yes given the placement of the chiller dispenses colder than room temperature water, but it’s still a great benefit to have this button as I can dispense water bypassing the heater and chiller using that button if I’m going to use it in something like my coffee maker or CPAP machine. The only downsides are the dispensing area is rather low by comparison to the rental unit and there is no light.Overall I think it’s an upgrade compared to what I had before and combined with the zero water filter system it’ll pay itself off within a year.

Both of my units had leaks
I really liked my Brio cooler. For the first 7 months, it worked almost perfectly, except that the middle control for the room-temperature water often got stuck in place, resulting in the water continuing to dispense until I could wiggle the control back up. After 7 months, the unit began to start dripping in the back onto the drip pan. Fortunately one night my wife and I heard the dripping before any water damage could be done to our floor. I had to supply proof of ownership and proof of the leak to Brio, and I must say that although it took longer than I would have liked, Brio sent a new, replacement unit to my house. I wish that was the end of the story, but it gets worse. My first five gallon jug dispensed fine, although with a plastic taste, which I assume is normal for most units. But then the other morning I came down to a flood on our wooden kitchen floor. It looked like the water might have come out of the top of the unit, where the jug meets the top of the cooler. That didn't make any sense to me. I took the top a apart and all of the cooler's components looked like they were where they belonged. I placed a hard plastic tray under the unit in case it leaked again, and started over. The next morning water had leaked again as the tray was wet. What made no sense was that the back of the wall was all wet, even though the unit was six inches away from it, was if the unit had sprayed the wall with water under pressure. I was so disappointed that I placed the unit out for garbage collection, because that is exactly what the unit was. Fortunately, someone picked up the unit for recycling (or some other purpose) before the garbage truck could get it. It goes without saying that I am very disappointed with Brio. Doesn't any cooler company make a quality product anymore?

Looks nice and very convenupdateient to use
Bought this for my son's new house. Seems to work well, however, recently it has started to make a noise that sounds like water is running. Nothing is leaking that we can find. Hoping this isn't a sign of a short usage life as it was a tad pricey.UPDATEThe unit started leaking and got very hot(including water remaining in bottle). Amazon made an exeption and is allowing me to return but I have to pay a restocking fee since it was past the 30 day cut off. We have been unable to reach BRIO for any warranty info. Would not recommend this unit.

Good quality
We returned our rented cooler because of escalating rental fees. This unit will pay for itself in about 2.5 years. It is attractive and works well. It has 2 convenient switches that allow you to disable the cooler or heater to save energy.
