I love it so far
I just started crocheting and have made 3 successful amigurumi dolls. I love it so far. Red Heart seems to be the go to and I love the variety of colors. The Soft version is definitely soft but can tend to unravel with sweaty hands or prolonged use, so make sure to hold a little tighter and it should be fine to create those perfect stitches. The Supersaver is a bit more rough but tends to stay closer together better, so depending on the feel and look you're looking for, Red Heart is still the way to go. This is the baby soft so it is even SOFTER than the soft version... which also makes for more separation at times... :/ I just have to use my tiny hands to hold onto the yarn better.. The color is a light pastel pink and I am definitely happy with the purchase...

Nice and soft
I purchased this yarn for the first time off Amazon to use in a baby afghan project. The color is as shown. The feel of the yarn does not disappoint. It is nice and soft for a baby and will be a nice addition to my "go-to yarns". I have never tried Soft Baby Steps and I have not seen it at my local store. I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys crocheting baby afghans and is looking for a relatively easy yarn to use. I had no issues with threading or catching/splitting on my hook. None of the yarn came out in a knot from the roll (which I find to be the case in a lot of RH yarns).

Nice texture for a baby hat
I purchased yarn on line for some baby things and it was not nice yarn. This is perfect, soft, pretty pink color and will create a pretty hat and booties for a new baby in our family.
