Finger sensor doesn't work at all . You have e to press hard to open anything

Rewriting my review after trying again. The first one installed horribly. I tried it multiple times until it wouldn't stick anymore. Then I tried the second one which lasted a day and fell off on it's own. Both screen protectors I recieved had maybe 1/4mm of sticky around the edges of the glass and a circle for the fingerprint. It never laid flush. It didn't work with thumbprint. I would not reccomend this one at all. I'd save your money for the better ones.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor does not work as described as it is non-responsive. When removing the clear adhesive backing, the sensor has an adhesive or glue which creates a large cloudy dot on the back side of the protector, preventing the phone from recognizing touch. Not only does this prevent the recognition of my fingerprint, but it also looks horrible. I first get an error telling me to “make sure the fingerprint sensor is clean and dry” and to try again. Afterward it fails to recognize my touch telling me to “press harder” and to “make sure that my finger is covering the sensor completely”. After an aggravating number of attempts which resulted in the phone timing out, I was finally able to add only 1 finger. Afterward, it wouldn’t recognize it to unlock the phone. The purchase included 2 protectors. I thought that one may have been defective and therefore attempted to install the second one with the same exact results. On a positive note, I like the clarity of the bubble free design of having adhesive only on the edges of the screen but can’t get over the big cloudy dot giving the look of a dirty screen. In addition, the fact that the sensor is rendered useless is a major problem for me as I use the fingerprint recognition on all my locking apps. I ended up removing it and have no protection. Very disappointing!

The install was very easy. No bubbles at all. Everything else is good, except for the fingerprint reader which is one of the most important thing for me. All my apps that need logins are all fingerprint access. All my Samsung pass logins are all fingerprint access. If this worked, it would be an easy 5 star. But alas, this is an important factor of this purchase. If this can be rectified, this has the potential to be a great product.

This screen protector is terrible. I'm not sure how Amazon allows this but if you look at other reviews of this product, all of the 5 star reviews aren't even about this screen protector. The fingerprint scanner does not work with this case, even with the giant circular hole in the actual screen protector. This screen protector is so bad that the glass actually cracked from simply applying it to my phone. Save your money, read reviews carefully, and don't buy this product.

Absolutely the worst screen protector I've ever bought! We didnt even get a chance to put it on before it began to crack. This happened with just VERY slightly bending the screen cover to test the durability, so I can only imagine how bad it would protector the screen. Thankfully I bought another brand of screen protectors(IQshield) at the same time, that were cheaper and way better quality!

Was easy to install I suppose. But that was it. Finger print reader didn't work and was always hazy after touching the screen. Had to continually wipe off. Was a real pain. I eventually ripped it off off and bought a different brand. Very happy now.

This product was junk adhesive was bad it fell off after 20 min and the glass was not fingerprint resistant also the ultrasonic reader had issues working with glass
