These are not the best. Some fall apart during use so need careful attention to the grub screw that holds the collar. Fill with sawdust and need cleaning during drilling sessions. Do not give metric and imperial sizes so calculator needed.

I ordered these Self-Centering drill bits for use on installation of hinges on wooden doors and aluminium windows. There is nothing left to chance now and always I fix the screw where I want them to go. I informed the supplier that on one of them a washer came off and immediately I got a full refund. Highly recommended.

Product is good i.e. puts the hole in the centre so does what it says on the tin - or rather in the bag! The items came loose in a plastic bag - not a good start. The smallest bit had a tendency to get stuck in the spring loaded metal sheath but I guess that could be helped by a bit of lubrication, which I will use next time.

Not the greatest quality. A bit loose sloppy. Also all in imperial sizes, not metric. But a very reasonable price and do the job for occasional use to an acceptable level.

I had to fit 6 internal doors, so figured I'd try these to speed up the hinge fitting - not disappointed. These are so simple to use, and make accurate centering of the hole a total doddle. A great addition to the toolbox

I wasn’t expecting a great deal from this product but first time I used one of them the head that holds the clip in just came away. Change it for the next size just for the same thing to happen again. Don’t waste your money on these and put it towards some trend ones.

For an amateur Carpenter these tools made fixing the screws, in the hinges, easy and accurate. I recommend then.

Low quality, some are unusable with drill bits too short. Springs are weak. The size I needed was usable after some modification.
