A few things, this is super easy to install. However, maybe it's just me but I can't use the finger reader with this screen protector. It's just a minor issue. It would be nice to be able to use it but having my screen protected with nice thick glass is more than enough. Plus you get two so the benefits outweigh the fact that you can't scan you finger. (Could just be me though) also if you are bothered by faint circles from where you scan your finger then don't get this since its visible and you will see it. All in all a good screen protector for the price and you get two so share one with a friend if you really don't like it.Update: the biometrics work I'm just stupid XD

I saw this product with nothing but five star reviews from verified purchasers, so I got excited, hoping that I finally found a glass screen protector for the S10.When I received it today, and applied with all precaution and with the instructions, the protector looked and felt awful. It did not curve to the sides of the glass, and it didn't appear to actually stick to the glass like a normal protector does. The little TPU plastic circle they leave open to help with the fingerprint sensor looks terrible in even low light and it still blocked the fingerprint reader from being used.Instant return for refund. I regret removing the protector that came with my phone for this junk. And so the search goes on...

I watched the instillation twice then tried it. Fingerprint reader wouldn't work. Thought I messed it up so I started over and used the 2nd one. Watched the video 2 more times and installed again.... same problem. Well I am not ordering anymore of these. On top of the fingerprint reader not working it has a hazy film on it that you have to wash off but as soon as you go to use your phone again your fingers leave it again. I would be washing this every day, multiple times a day just to keep it clear. Honestly I am waiting for a different screen protector to come in before I get rid of this one.

Looks and feels terrible, fingerprint sensor in screen did not work properly even once after I installed this screen protector. Was all 5 star reviews when I purchased it, pretty much all 1* reviews since then - hmmmmm. Glad I'm still in the return window - don't waste your time or money with this one. Absolutely terrible.

I bought this screen saver because of claims by seller and reviews.My wife's and my new Samsung S10 purchased 4 months ago, came with a plastic screen saver so did not put this on immediately.The original screen saver marred easily (plastic) so removed yesterday and applied the new glass one.Easy to apply and adhered nicely.However, can no longer use my fingerprint reader. I tried multiple times.Also, noticed within 1 hour after putting the screen saver on, that there were multiple small fractures in the glass along the right mid-edge of the screen saver.Sorry I did not put this screen saver when I first bought it as I would have returned it.I would really like to hear from the seller.

The hole for the finger print does not line up at all. I had zero issues with the egde screen prior to install and now I have to press significantly harder. Now I have to wait to get a different screen protector and deal with this in the meantime. Not happy with my purchase.ETA: this thing attracts fingerprints like that's its job. I have to press harder on the whole screen. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

This protector is complete garbage. It greatly reduces screen sensitivity and the fingerprint reader DOES NOT WORK. I was really hoping to like this because I wanted a tempered glass protector, but I guess I have to stick with film until I can find a protector that doesn't make my phone useless.

The fingerprint scanner no longer works with the screen protector installed. I've made sure to install it correctly and used both the screen protectors provided and neither of them allow me to use the fingerprint to unlock phone or to login to my apps. At first I thought, maybe it needs some time to settle on the screen. Then I tried adding my fingerprints on it again to make sure...I got it to add my fingerprint again, but it still doesn't work well.Every time I try to use the fingerprint unlock feature, it just says "cover the entire fingerprint sensor" or "Press a little harder" or "no match". It is very annoying because I use the fingerprint to access a lot of my apps and it is a convenient feature to use at night whenever the face recognition isn't very effective.
