Was giving this to my pregnent wife. I heard from Dave Asprey about the B6 Toxicity. I was happy assuming we are having the methylated form. I just checked on their website to find that B6 is Pyridoxine Hydrochloride not Pyidoxal 5-Phosphate which is the methylated form of B6.Had high trust in this brand now I need to always triple-check ingredients in detail before.Better to get good ingredients from US via iherb or Desert Cart rather than trust these companies from India, which i highly doubt these days..Autoimminity care seems to be one brand I seem to develop trust on slowly.
