iRobot Verro 100 Pool-Cleaning Robot for Above-Ground Pools After running great for two days it blew its fuse. We replaced the fuse but it would no longer run. We could not get any technical support from the iRobot number the call routed to a singles dating site. When provided with a second number no one answered the phone. We tried email but no one returned our emails. After two frustrating days we called to request how to return the product for our money back. No one seemed to care we could not get any service.

We have used the Verro 100 several times now. It does a pretty good job cleaning the pool & is very easy to use. The only problem that we have had is that the axle has fallen apart twice now when removing it from the pool, but honestly was very easy to put back together. All in all, we are quite happy with it.

Wish they still made it. 8 years, and having tried 2 others in that time, this is the only one that worked every day and still works after 8 years.

I have some polyethylene water tanks (1500/2100 gallon) that collect rainwater for the farm. I've used the Verro about 4 times to clean them so far it has worked well. The $223 for the Verro 100 on Amazon was a good price. It is much easier than emptying the tanks and using a shopvac.

I HAVE BEEN USING THE VERRO FOR ABOUT 1 MONTH AND DO LIKE THE FACT I DON'T HAVE TO CLEAN MY POOL FILTER SYSTEM AS MUCH. IT DOES NOT REACH ALL THE SIDES OF THE POOL WITHOUT ME ASSITING IT THAT IS A DOWN-SIDE OF THIS ROBOT. THE CORD ALSO GETS TANGLED AND I HAVE TO UNTANGLE IT ALL THE TIME. I WOULD STILL BUY IT AGAIN FOR THE PRICE.
