this anime i have seen before and loved it

This animation for this series was slightly above average without being especially noteworthy. There is no english language dub, so you have to be ready to read the subtitles. This caught me by surprise, but I did not mind. The story lines are fairly standard high school scenarios of mean girl spats, misunderstandings between friends and the perils of dating boys. The only real weakness to the series are the underdeveloped characters. Ironically, I would never have noticed the problem except for the fact that a couple hold great promise as multi-layered personalities. I was left wanted more character exploration, but had to satisfy myself with comedic cliches. Still, Girl's HIgh did manage to reliably entertain. I don't regret the purchase, and would be curious to watch any follow up releases.

Don't be fooled by the false descriptions at the bottom of this anime. This anime isn't in English dub what so ever. It's all in Japanese, and I hate reading English subtitles for anime. What a big let down :(

This is funny, delightful and deals with serious and other matters thought to be serious that are common with teen aged girls everywhere as they stuggle to both understand and to be part of the "mature" world,however defined, all the time trying to enjoy the journey from middle school students to adulthood. The fan service is primarly in the first and second episodes with very little after that. This series doesn't need it beyond that to keep one entertained, and enlightened. The art work and dancing done by the girls between the episodes adds greatly to the series and is some of the best artwork of the series. Issues such as "first love", preditory sexual aggression, sibling rivalry, egocentric teachers,comradery,interschool competition and misconceptions are all dealt with in manners that even if it doesn't enlighten you the attempt to do so will probably entertain. Well worth the time and meager investment.

This anime is decent, it's problems are that it could've had more funny moments and volume 2 of it has bad episodes. This anime is not too bad despite its flaws. 8/10

Girls chasing boys and boys chasing girls. Comical and horny situations ensue with unusual results. Get this series before its off the market.
