Very motivating. Organized and concise. Great for establishing routine.

The exercises are fine but the graphics are so small they are difficult to make out unless you have the poster right next to you making it impractical to use while exercising.

A great help. Just starting to exercise, haven't memorized all the moves yet. The well made poster makes it easy to learn the correct positions and moves. However, because it is rolled up for shipping, it takes a while to flatten it to be able to hang on the wall. The poster itself is laminated and the drawings are large enough to be seen readily.

Great chart. As advertised. I wish there was a matte laminated version because sometimes it's hard to see if the light is on it.
