A Sweet Daily Habit That’s Made a Big Difference
This little journal has been such a lovely addition to our bedtime routine. The 3-minute format is perfect—it’s quick, simple, and just the right amount of reflection for young kids. My child actually looks forward to filling it out, which as any parent knows, is half the battle! The prompts are thoughtful and age-appropriate, with just enough variety to keep things fresh. It’s helped my kid slow down and think about what made them smile during the day, who they’re thankful for, and what they’re excited about. I’ve noticed it’s sparked more positive conversations and even a little more kindness in daily life. The design is cute and inviting, and the space is just right—not too much to feel overwhelming, but enough to capture meaningful thoughts. Highly recommend this for parents, teachers, or anyone who wants to nurture a gratitude habit in kids in a fun, easy way.

Great journal for kids
I purchased this journal for my 8 year old daughter to help her develop a routine for reflection and gratitude before bed. The prompts are helpful and simple. She can read through the questions and write out her answers on her own without any assistance. Then, we usually talk about her day afterwards if she would like. So far, it’s been a great tool for her and is something she looks forward to writing in each day! I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Great!
This has been a great addition to our morning routine with our 3 kids. It seems well made & beautiful pages. I will say.... it's confusing to do it in the morning, when the pages ask for the best part of your day. So, that makes it a touch difficult when we love to start our mornings with gratitude yet the best part of our day may have yet to happen. Overall, still wonderful.

A great habit to help cultivate a grateful attitude
When I notice my kids’ attitudes getting bad, we always start this journal back up. It’s easy to do right before bed and take time to remember all the good that happens in each day.

Perfect for kids!
This is perfect for my 5 and 7 year old to unwind and write about their day before bedtime. With summer coming up this will be the perfect addition to a daily activity they can do.

Great for kids!
We’ve gone through five of these, meaning every time my daughter finishes one, she is ready to start another. She is 10 and has been doing them for the past year every night before bed and gets a lot of enjoyment and fulfillment from capturing her day. Highly recommend!!

A Beautiful Way to Introduce Gratitude to Kids
This is truly the sweetest little gratitude journal to do with kids. My son is almost five, and we recently started using it together—it's become such a lovely part of our daily routine. It’s helping him slow down, reflect, and begin to understand the importance of gratitude and resilience. My hope is that starting this practice early will lay the foundation for a lifelong mindset of appreciation and emotional strength. Highly recommend for any parent looking to build intentional moments with their child.
